Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Worest service nothing but incompetence. Individuals I don’t know how these people got hired. I also can’t understand you work for a pizza place, and you can distinguish the different types of cross and the different types of ingredients used to make your pizzas. I ordered three thin crust, pizzas and one regular crust OK two of them bean cheese and a thin crust and a regular crust cheese and I got somebody who put pepperoni on one of the regular crust and then try to put vegetables on my other ones and scrape them off, but didn’t get them completely off. I went to speak with Nathan, the manager who was a high school kid Who sat there and argued with me while I had two customers behind me trying to bargain for my pizzas, nothing but in confidence at this location I don’t know why the app sent me there because I always go to the one on Riverside Drive which they do everything always right I never had an issue with the Little Caesars on Riverside but the one on Mountain are incompetent and don’t understand and I don’t understand how that business is still open I’ve already filed complaints with corporate to let them know and send them pictures of what I got Needless to say, I will never do business with that location ever in the future And I highly recommend that nobody orders from that location. Today i got scammed one pizza and one litter soda for 21$ i had previously asked for 2 pizzas but only gave me one. Then proceeds to charge me for another pizza? Then continued asking me how much did i charge u? Dude didnt even give me my receipt and i gave him 40$ total. Ended up with a $5 change. HOW???? I spoke to the manager and he gave me attitude instead of saying sorry, would u like ur cash back or would u like the pizza that they charged u for but never got it. Supervisor or manager whatever the hell he is so unprofessional, and rude. Not sure of his name but he is short with colored eyes looks and acts unprofessional along with his curly haired cashier that didnt even know how much he charged me 💯. People work hard for their money not for others to take advantage. This location...

This place is horrible! I mean what happened when they first opened Little Caesars way back when they would have hot and ready pizzas right when you got there that was one of the main reasons why I went so I didn't have to wait for it now when I go it's just like any other pizza place you have to wait 25 or 30 minutes just to get a regular pepperoni pizza and then they screw up your orders!

Unbelievable! I hate going there now the only reason why I do is because my kid loves the pizza.

If it wasn't for him I'd never go there again.

*Update 10/8/21: Nothing's changed, in fact now it's even worse! 7 people in the lobby waiting for over 45 minutes for their online orders. I waited for 12 minutes and not one person came to the front to speak to anyone.
