McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I really hate to do this, as a former McDonald Manager I was shocked to have experience such distasteful service in the drive thru on 9/02 7:40 am .I requested my coffee to have the condiments inside and I took that 1st sip I notice it had no sweetener so I asked that drive thru employee if the machine was properly calibrated as it appeared to lack Sugar.The Response I received was " Its in there ! " I asked Could you remake it? she replied with a poor attitude "What do you want me to do?! I replied with a calm tone you can at least reply nicely (as my children sat in the back asking why she raised her voice?) I then continues to request her name and she ignored me I asked again I need your name she refused to give it to me and covered her badge.I was very upset by this point and yelled I will file a formal complain just give me condiments on the side as she continued to ignoring me! so here I am ! I remember working at McDonald's the first thing they teach is to be kind courteous and smile because all it takes is 1 bad experience for that customer never to come back again .( I spend an average of $15 a Day at McDonald as a working parent I depend on these employees and I will never return to...

McDonald's is one of my guilty pleasures. I chose this specific restaurant because I am here for a crispy fries challenge. I was told this specific location makes the best fries compared to other McDonald's in the area. I ordered 4 Large Fries and 4 Big Mac's, let me give you all the facts: First, there were 4 people in front of me but my food was ready just 3 minutes after I ordered. Second, I must admit the fries were extremely delicious being hot, crispy outside and tender inside. Third, my Big Mac was unexpected the winner of this challenge. The first bite of that burger was soo good I had to open it to see why was it soo much better than I remember. I found the patty had crispy edges, 2 slices of cheese, crispy/ fresh looking veggies, extra saucey, and the buns were toasted just so... that first bite had a delightful taste of toasted buns ( not very common). I loved my meal. Recommendations: The fries are very good here, you will not regret ordering a larger size than you usually order. The Big Mac was unexpected better than any other I've had, unsure if it was their normal routine to build such an awesome burger or was this my lucky day but, I know I will be coming back to challenge...

It seems to be that reviews no longer really have any wait. But here it goes, I was there this morning. I purchased a breakfast combo for my son. A #5 which was priced at $8 and change. When I got to to the first window I was given my total of $11 and some change. I asked what the cost of the combo was, the cashier wasn't sure she said. I told her what I saw and the total didn't seem correct. She said well, you up graded to an orange juice, and an orange juice or coffee is an upgrade. So I asked what drink is included in the combo she said a fountain drink / soda. For breakfast I asked. She said yes. Ok (I guess). At the second window I was helped by the manager, I again asked her about the drink included with the combo. Same as before, a fountain drink. I told her, I feel that is misleading, a breakfast combo should include a breakfast drink, which should be a juice or coffee. My point, price things for what they are. Breakfast have always included an orange...
