Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

A very terrible experience. My order was for two cold Americanos. The polite employee prepared only one and called my name. I waited, thinking the second cup was still being made, while I saw her completing orders for other customers. When I finally asked, she pointed to the second cup sitting on the shelf all along — no one even bothered to mention it.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already left a tip. I gave them something extra, only to be treated like my time and presence didn’t matter.

Why is my time treated as less important? Was it because I spoke Arabic? I sincerely hope that’s not the case, but the way I was treated makes me question it.

I’ve never experienced such disrespect or carelessness at a coffee shop before. This was not just a mistake — it was a complete disregard for basic customer service.

This is my last visit to any Starbucks, anywhere...

Worst Starbucks ever. They decided to open late yet didn’t register it into the system so I made a mobile order wasted my time, gas, and money and when I called the lady on the phone just said oh well not my fault. She didn’t care at all. I just said I wanted a refund because I couldn’t wait an hour for them to open so I went home and she said oh well I can’t do that for you. You can call corporate. I asked for the number and she said I don’t know you can google it yourself. Seriously the worst way to start my morning at 4:30am. If I had know they were closed I wouldn’t have made a mobile order but her rudeness and willingness to blame ME when she admitted they just didn’t have enough time to put into the system that they would open later in the day was disgusting. I wish I could give...

I don't frequent this store as often as I do others in the area simply because it's not really near anything I need. I guess if you're coming from the airport and you need a fix, this is the closest one. Other than that you'll probably be coming off the freeway for gas. I've never had any problems with the service or receiving the correct drink at this location, I just simply don't prefer the location. I like to sit outside and enjoy life instead of watching cars pull in and out of the gas station this location shares its parking lot with.
