Los Jalapeños #3 — Restaurant in Ontario

I’m unsatisfied with how the cashier interacted with me. I used their website to order and used the “order online” tab and it directed me to order and when doing so I input my payment. I then drive to the restaurant to pick up my order and they had no idea what I was talking about because they said they don’t do online ordering. Their website should be updated. The cashier told me to use the contact info on the website to cancel my order and when I did, I didn’t receive a cancellation notice. The cashier then said if it doesn’t go back on your card, you can come back and I’ll give you the money back. I did come back 2 days later and the cashier told me they couldn’t give me my money back because my money doesn’t go to them when I used the online ordering tab. She couldn’t even guide me in a direction for help. I called my bank to have it disputed but never got it back. I really wanted to try their food on my lunch break from school and to have them tell me they can’t do anything about it because they didn’t know their website offered online ordering, made me lose my appetite and won’t ever come back to try their food. This place was my favorite for chilaquiles.. until last night 😂😡 Service and food were both TERRIBLE!

We weren’t acknowledged when we walked in. That kind of bothered me, but I let it go.

While my boyfriend was ordering our food, the lady receiving the order ROLLED her eyes at him TWICE as if she was annoyed at our food choices. I asked if there was a problem and she rolled her eyes again. I was sooo upset, but we let it go, again!! I don’t know why 🙄

And our food, my goodness, our food 😢 I ordered chilaquiles. I was so upset I didn’t even bother checking my food before we left. When I got home and opened my to-go container, I learned I was served chips with red chili sauce... nothing else. Now LAST time I ordered this here, I was served chips, chile verde, shredded chicken, egg, onion, and cheese. So I honestly wasn’t expecting plain a** chips with chile sauce.

Charges for salsa!!! Horrible service today, loved this place before, ladies working there are always great and friendly, however, today they had a guy running the register who was arguing with us over the salsas, he stated they would charge only us for the tiny salsa containers for $0.50 and was blatantly discriminating when he said he would only charge for us! Everyone else is $0.25, so if you like a lot of salsa don't come here. We even tipped before we got the salsas, bad mistake. Sucks because our family has always been regulars for years but guess we will be telling our friends & family not to go to this establishment anymore!! Just lost a regular customers over a...
