Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

It is close to my house. I started using their app to order ahead so my husband wouldn't have to go through the drive-thru. Since they make mistakes or leave food items out. And my husband gets mad if he has to drive back to let them know they forgot something. This time I ordered Supreme crunchy taco box and supreme soft taco box. Because on the app you cannot do a box half crunchy and half soft. So I paid $25 per box. My son went and picked it up and it was ready when he got there. He comes home and unfortunately I did not find any sour cream on the crunchy tacos. So I take it back to the store and of course they are short staffed oh, so I stood there waiting about 5 to 7 minutes, then the young man doing the drive-thru ask me what I needed. I told him so he took the bag because they were out of boxes and went around the corner and told somebody the issue. He then went back to the drive-thru. So the lady that was on the line preparing food comes over and tells me there is sour cream and shows it to me. So I explained to her that I opened two at home and there was none. So then I open a bunch more and showed her the person doing the sour cream have fallen asleep, otherwise how do three tacos get sour cream and the other nine do not. So she makes me a new order of crunchy Supreme tacos and tells me I can keep the original 12. It was just frustrating because my family was eating at home why I was standing inside Taco Bell waiting. It took 25 minutes for the whole thing. So then I get home and my husband told me the soft tacos had sour cream... Frustration level just reach 10 when I open the soft tacos and find some of them are missing sour cream. My younger son asked if I was going to go back and I said no because you guys had already ate some of them, and I was done for the night I had a headache wasn't feeling good all day I did not want to deal with Taco Bell anymore. I think this is going to be the last time I go...

Very bad service the front cashier girl very young just completely saw me walking and ignored me turned her back against me and walked away she didn't say welcome, she didn't say I'm busy she didn't say one moment sir, she completely just turned her back rolling her eyes and walking away i stud in front of the counter for over 30 minutes while she blatantly ignored me so then I told her you know what I'm going to go to the doctor to get your attention and then with an attitude she said okay psht.... When I go to the drive-thru the first thing she tells me with nobody in front of me at the drive-thru is wait one moment sir this is completely disrespectful and I know what she's doing so with a polite voice I told her I would like your name your manager and a supervisor and then she started giving me an attitude and then she started yelling at me telling me I'm the one in the wrong so I don't need to hear that on my way to work so I just drive away Later on I go during lunch time to catch the manager turns out the manager is her father that's a conflict of interest and I will be telling corporate and this locations owner about this conflict of interes. The owner without even asking me any questions completely took his daughter's side and said you were being disrespectful you are yelling and then he started yelling in my face saying don't ever come back here again one star.. I will be seeking...

As an employee who works here don’t eat here !! the lady in the back Maria doesn’t wash her hands or change gloves throughout her shifts ( This has been an ongoing issue for more than a year i’ve made multiple complaints to management and no one seems to care and im the one who ends up getting my hours cut instead) She touches the dirty drains on the floor and sticks her hands in trash cans and still touches the food and when we throw away any empty lettuce and cheese bags she goes in the trash takes them out and reuses them to store chalupas and cinnabons in them , she never changes her gloves and only wipes them with paper towels but she saves her paper towels to reuse throughout the whole shift , she also gets dirty sponges from the trash and uses them to wash dishes , and there’s times when she goes to the bathroom with gloves and comes back with the same gloves on , she also like to take her shoes off and have bare feet rest on top of our seasonings !! And the night shift manager Jessica allows all of this same manager collects all the suave packages of the floor and gives them to maria to rinse off and give to customers again!! Also many roaches that come out the floor ! Please eat here at your own risk the only way this place passes inspection is by pure luck if any inspectors came at night this place would be...
