Wish I could give the location in Opelika, AL one star because the customer service is lousy, the place is dirty and my order is never correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich, add cheese, pickles and onions only to receive it without the mayo and only the onions added. No cheese and pickles although I was charged for it and they omitted the mayo when I wanted it. I had to get back in the drive thru line and wait to bring this to their attention only to be told by the light skinned, heavy set black lady with the reddish hair, that I had not ordered it that way. I produced the receipt and they offered to remake it. I should have declined and just asked for my money back because the tall, Indian looking, manager guy commenced to remaking it then moved further down the line so I couldn't actually see him complete the process. The light skinned black lady bagged it, then brought it to me with a smirk on her face. I then left the drive thru and threw the sandwich in the trash can because I wasn't comfortable eating after all of the sneaky actions. Wish I could give this location no stars but it wouldn't let me post without at least giving one. Bottom line, while there does seem to be some decent people in this establishment (dark skinned, young lady who was working the right drive thru window this past weekend and some of the other cooks, who seem to be very friendly), the manager and the light skinned lady with the hair pinned up may need to be re-trained, re-assigned or relieved of...
   Read moreIf I could give this particular location a half star, I would. I went through the drive thru today and had the displeasure of having my order taken by Jonathan. I understand he was a new hire, but he has zero customer service skills; didn't provide me with a receipt and got my order wrong! Maybe he needs to find another line of work where he doesn't have to work with the public. I have worked in customer service and it is proper to always thank your customers after they have spent their hard earned money patronizing your business. So, I called back and asked for the name of the General Manager and had the displeasure of speaking with Arturo, who refused to give me the name of the General Manager. He said it was company policy and that I needed to call the 800 number. Besides that, it looks like they are breaking multiple health code violations, as it is always dirty and food is everywhere.    Read moreWas ok, prices seem to have gone up , ordered the new Texas toast hamburger with bbq sauce , two of them and a small fry, total $9.80, alot of places are doing a combo deal for $5, was in a hurry and convience all played a role in my stopping at checkers. Wish they would get in the running with their competitors and do $5 combos, but it is what it is , on top that the burger listed as bbq, I hardly had any sauce on either burger, the burger wasn't cold so no horrible complaints but a complaint either way no matter the depth , the burger wasn't hot, slightly warm , and the small fries, for.the price, upgrade the size of the fry cup some, it looked like something you'd get with a kids happy meal, also fries not hot, but. Not cold either luke warm, after my order was handed to me I asked if I could have 4 mayo , I received 2.
