Terrible experience on today 4/1/23 at 8:20 pm. First, I want to state that I ordered a cupfection on Wednesday when the owners were there. The ice cream was full. The brownie was cut in half. It came with a lid. Tonight, I came while a load of teens were working. They put ice cream on one half of the cup and put the uncut brownie on the other half. This is a $8 dessert. Why would I pay $8 for half a cup of ice cream? I politely asked them to make it again. The Hispanic young man and African American young woman were very nice. However after it was remade, a Caucasian young man with the drive thru headset came to the window and proceeded to tell me and my husband that if we look at the picture, it's made how they had it the first time. My husband proceeded to correct him and let him know we are both former employees of this location and the proper way is ice cream, sauce, ice cream with a curled top, brownie cut in half placed on the side and topped with sauce and dry toppings. He goes on to say "Well we work here now" and had a complete attitude. Knowing the owners, I KNOW this is not how they speak to their customers. Please teach your children to learn how to speak to people. I was not rude in my request to just put a bit enough ice cream in my cup. My husband even joked with the two people at the window and then to have a child with a nasty attitude come pop off at the mouth with me when he was wrong (because that's not what the picture reflects) is absolutely disgusting. I will likely not be back if this issue is not resolved because it's quite clear that he is comfortable with doing this when the owners aren't present. Please seek a trade bc you, young man, can't handle the pressures of a Saturday night DQ rush and public service is not for you. You're in the wrong place at the wrong time in life to do what you done tonight. I and my husband are parents with jobs that care for others. Kindness us a part of our daily lives and the essence of who we are, but as social media proves daily, everyone is not kind and won't simply write a review on Google.

I work in transport but in my home state DQ is a favorite burger joint of mine. Don't like eating out again but yesterday I had to ask I was just arriving after a long drive from the east coast. Saw three young people when I entered. I heard a faint voice great me which was great to hear.#1 Was able to scan the room as I checked my surroundings and it was very tidy, everything wiped down and very very clean from tables, to the floors. Looked at the menu briefly figuring out what I wanted and then a nice young lady comes out from the restroom maybe and greets me and takes my order. I ask if I may use the restroom and she says yes. I walk in and it took is very clean. After a couple minutes I get my order and when a totally different young lady walks my order around counter she politely hands them to me and tells me she had written #2 and #4 on my bags. Not sure whom the manager is, and not sure who's parents these young people are or anything like that But to THE ENTIRE STAFF that evening.

Buyer Beware! Let me just start off by saying that this review would have been a 0-Star review but 1 is the lowest I can do. I came to order a banana split which is my favorite dessert to orser wherever I go and this visit has left me greatly disappointed. The photo of the banana split attached costed almost $6.00 and I was barely given any. What I was given looks nothing like the photo that they advertise. I also ordered 2 meals that came with fries along with an extra order of fries. Its preschool math that 1+2 is 3 but I was only given 2 orders of fries. And if you choose to ignore the 2 facts above don't forget that if you ask for a drink with no ice, it goes in one ear and out the other but at this point I wasn't surprised that they can't follow simple request. With all that I have put, you would think that the attitude of the workers would be amazing to make up for it. WRONG because the attitude of the drive-thru worker was so terrible that it ruined my entire appetite. I will most definitely never be returning to this...
