Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Opelousas

Have been to this location many times and always had great experiences but hadn’t visited in a while, still fast, always perfect, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Domioes is so much further ahead than the rest of the competition with their app, if you haven’t used it yet try it out, it’ll save you time and money.

The parking lot is terrible at this location but that’s not the owners fault, this is an old location in an old building, but the dominoes itself has been updated. Even has a little bar where you can sit and watch them prep dough for the pizzas.

The garlic bread-bites from this location used to be phenomenal, I didn’t order them this go-round, it’s been a year or 2 since I’ve ordered them from here but I specifically remember talking to the manager/ owner about them one day and he mentioned that it was one of his favorite items on the menu, I’m bringing this up because I’ve had the exact same bread bites from other locations and they are not on the same level, perhaps his favor plays some sort of roll in the outstanding quality of the bread bites at this location.

We tried the new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread, it’s very good but in my own opinion the bacon & jalapeño cheesy bread is better. Try it out and see what you think. First time trying the cheddar bacon loaded tots as well, they’re very good, if only they had a tad more crunch they would be perfect.

All the food I’ve tried over the years from this location is cooked with pride and care and goes a bit beyond the surround locations throughout Louisiana.

I am not sure Brandon still ownes this opelousas location. I ordered online, big mistake, kind of. I had the un-pleasure of speaking to the "General" manager Jeniffer Wells. Yes, she made it clear she was the story's General manager. I called because I ordered a pizza, the time was before 6pm on the 2nd of March. After waiting to know when to go to the hotspot, it was 6:35 PM. So it took 35 min or more to prep and cook my pizza. Then I went and waited for 45 min, had all I wanted for the outrageous wait time. I called to get an answer and asked to speak to the manager. After being asked who I was, the rude lady, jeniffer wells gave me so many excuses, blamed it on Mardi grass, the 1st of the, even blamed me. Said I would be called when the driver was on the way. Then jeniffer told me she did not like my attitude. I asked to have the order remade and I would come get it. She stated she would not cancel out the 1 hour old, nasty pizza. She also stated if I had a problem to call her boss. I dont remember her name but I called 692 0722. That lady offered and cut the charge in half. Though very rude, said I was taking it out on her driver. I ordered a Large Meatzzzaa (sp) and an Italian Pasta online. I received a text informing me that my order was ready. When I arrived the worker told me that they couldn’t find my pizza, but the pasta was ready. The manager apologized and told asked me if I wanted anything else to accommodate the mistake. I told him a cookie. He asked me to wait 10 minutes. I waited in my car for 10 minutes, walked back inside, amd he told me that the pizza had garlic crust (special instructions stated “No Garlic Crust”). He asked me to wait 10 more minutes so I asked for a fresh pasta. I waited the specified time, walked back in and realized that the pizza was a Medium. I told them to keep the order and I walked out.
