Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Opelousas

We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. I asked them to double the meat and add peppers. When we picked up our order it was a pizza that barely had meat on it. Called the store and the manager and general manager (so they claimed) were very rude. I paid for the extra toppings and didn’t get them. We live in the next town over and they wanted us to stop the kids from eating and bring the pizza back to them approximately 15 miles away. We tried to communicate that we couldn’t just stop feeding our kids to return a pizza that they had already started eating. All we wanted was understanding that an error was made and maybe a store credit for that extra toppings that we paid for. Instead we got a rude and ghetto so-called manager who has no understanding of what customer service is. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees a lot better. This is the 3rd time I order pizza at this location, for some reason in Opelousas you can not get good people to work Here. I made my order it says 20min. I get here and I'm waiting for over 45min to get the order that said it was ready. So they must have there number percentage right. But as far as customer serivce they lack it very much. Pizza hut should really Evaluate their management and who ever their regional manager is for this Pizza Hut, the serivce has been horrible. I would rather drive to carencro, then get food here. To long of a unnecessary wait. 3 small personal pan pizzas where to much for them. Smh.. and has taken them over an hour to make. I just want to pick up my order when it says it's ready. Not be lied to saying it's ready and it was not. Do better Pizza hut. There are so many other pizza places....

Made an online order Siad it would be 25 mins. Got there 5 mins early. Asked about my order, the lady said about 15 mins. Cool. They were busy. Wait 20 mins ask about my order how long it would be again. Lady said oh about 15 mins. 15 mins later, I get a call saying they did not have the thin crust. So the lady should have told me when I walked in there was a huge wait. Or they never started on my order. Wasted 1hr of my life . Then when I said I wanted a refund . Had to wait 20 mins to get my money. Again, they could not have let me pay for the food when they realized they had not even started on my order. I would have simply said ok, nvm.
