As we all know you can't go to Dairy Queen anymore and not get bent over. This location is more expensive than some of the others around the area. However I just got bent over worse than ever and I've got to be honest with you I just don't know that I'm going to come back. I purchased a small Diet Coke and he charged me $2.99 for just the pop. Obviously $3 is not unheard of for a pop when you're eating inside of a restaurant with refills. This is the drive-thru and there's no refills, but this pop is the size of a kids cup. Look at the size of this cup of Diet Coke compared to a 16 oz water bottle. How in the world can they charged something like this. And we're foolishly paying for it. Not anymore. The food here is not that good anyways. The only thing I really like here are there peanut butter hot fudge shakes but they are extremely expensive to be soft serve ice cream and not even real hand dipped ice cream. If you get an ice cream cone as well as something to eat, they just stick the ice cream cone there on the counter to let it melt in the heat while you're waiting on your food to cook. So by the time you get it it's dripping everywhere. So Dairy Queen in Lewis Center, I think I am done.

Literally everytime I come here, the service and quality of food is unlike any other. They make the food you order look like it appears in the commercials. DQ corporate needs to come here and try one of these blizzards they make- they get mixed all the way down to the bottom 😮 👏🏼👏🏼

Was pleased with my visit. The drive thru lane was paved from curb to curb. The landscaping is attractive and makes the wait worth it! I was disappointed that they did not have spaghetti on the menu, but enjoyed the iced cream mixup with candy.

Went in through the drive through and got a chicken strips basket and a French silk blizzard. Chicken strips were very small and the fries were old and cold. The blizzard was made with the wrong ingredients. I work nearby, so I back, hoping they could at least fix the blizzard (I hadn't had one in ages and felt it was worth it to go back). Instead, the lady who spoke to me told me it has been made correctly the first time and acted offended when I said it hadn't been. She was very rude, remade the blizzard the exact same way (using the wrong ingredients again) and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I know it's just ice cream, nothing worth getting upset over, but that woman made me feel horrible. I'd been looking forward to fall because the French Silk blizzard is my favourite and it's available for only a limited time. I know how it tastes, I know what goes into making one (suprise, I used to work at a DQ). The fact that they made it wrong, then belittled me when I said it to them was the last straw for me. I've had problems here before, but never wrote this bad.

I'd like to point out that I threw the new blizzard away. How they made it was...

For once the line wasn't wrapped around building like ito always is. But when I got to the window, we sat there for 10 mins. So I pulled outside, the blizzards looked okay maybe a little "wet" but by the time we got to the light at 23, they were obviously melting. Within 2 more minutes, ice cream was running down the sides of cups into drink carrier. This was not an 85 degree day either. They made our blizzards first and just let them sit there for our 10 min wait. I called to express my concern and was basically told oh well by shift lead who asked in a snarky way, what do you want me to do about it? Then I got home and found out they are supposed to flip them upside down??? Well that's obviously didn't happen, wonder why? Oh and 1 blizzard turned out to be a milkshake. Then I called back because I wanted to bring everything back and spoke with an asian woman who told me it would all be comped but she wouldn't spell her name but kept saying Kim. I get there and I'm treated like a thief and they do not know a manager named Kim. I...
