We went to the restaurant at around 11:00 a.m. . I really cannot say anything bad about the servers, they were very polite, but the manager there is downright despicable! I ordered the western omelette, and after taking a few bites, approximately 4, I realized all I was eating was egg and cheese, so I decided to open my omelette to find out where the ham and veggies were and to no Surprise they were very non-existent and all at one end, the opposite end of which I was eating. I asked for my server, Ella and I told her what the issue was. She politely offered to have them cook up some ham to make it right, which I told her that would be fine. She went into the kitchen to tell them what had happened and apparently the manager was the one doing the cooking and told her that there would be a charge because it would be extra. I told her to then just take it off the bill, because at this point my omelette was now cold and I was eating my toast and told her to just charge me for the toast. Another female server came to the table and said that the manager was not going to take the Omelette off of my bill and brought a small dish of the ham and said that the next time I ordered, I should order extra and pay for it. I was appalled! I asked to see the manager. They told me that he was cooking and he could not come to see me at that moment, I told her I would wait. She left and came back a few minutes later and said that they were taking it off the bill. We will never return to this restaurant! The manager is a coward and should not be running this restaurant or any business for...
Read moreThis was so different from when I last visited. We waited for our waitress for a while. She took our order, then passed us off to another waitress after we got (most of) our food. My husband never got his pancakes. We mentioned this five times. My breakfast tacos, despite the number of ingredients (eggs, chorizo, black beans, corn, tomatoes) we're tasteless. So bland I asked for jalapenos to throw in. We asked for our check and mentioned we never got the pancakes. The waitress left and five minutes later we just got up and went to the front because we didn't see her after that. We mentioned the missing pancakes and that we just wanted to leave. They did take off the pancakes but then gave us the pancakes to go. I know it (probably) wasn't the waitress's fault. The manager said there was some confusion in the kitchen. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, but still... Between the less than mediocre food and the constant waits, I am...

My husband ordered me the French toast again and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and had a proportional amount of strawberries. Hopefully it wasn’t an accident and is the new norm. I don’t care for syrup so it’s nice not to have to eat my French toast plain :)
Original... Good but not worth the price. I paid $1.24 to add strawberries (the retail price for an entire pint) to my order of French toast and received what amounts to approximately 2 strawberries. It was very sad looking when I opened the box. Same with the whipped cream. The tiniest little dollop for $1.24. You get 4 huge pieces of French toast and enough topping for 1 lol. There are so many other places to eat that I really only come here occasionally because it’s nearby. I frequent places in Italian Village more often, which is sad considering...
