Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Orange Township

I ordered pizza today from this store and went to pick it up . It was raining and i had baby in the car . I called in the store and request if they can pass me outside but on the call, i didn't catch the name but i think jack or something like picked up the call and rudely replied get your pizza from the counter and hung up the call . What is that ? why so much of rudeness . If you don't want to bring outside that is fine but please be more polite . I am their regular customer but after today , i will never get pizza from this store because of the rude and bad behavior with the customer . Jet's Pizza , please try to hire more...

Hands down the worst location, they make the Jets franchise look bad. It’s been a year and a half since we ordered because they forgot to make our order at lunch time on a Wednesday (ended up giving us the pizza for free). Gave it a second try and they forgot to make half our order. We ended up with a half baked pizza and one that had been sitting out 20 mins since being cooked. Kid offered me a free soda, I declined and said I just want to get my pizza. No way this is the same staff after all that time. This has to be a regular occurrence for this location. Find new management...

It's right next to the OSU Rehab facilities where I had my ankles upgraded actually just me, but only enhanced this time ~10 yrs ago. Ok, I've had the Jet's Boat with spinach and spicy pepperoni. With Bertolli spaghetti sauce And Detroit (deep-dish) with crispy no-crust crust spinach with standard pepperoni. The Boat with my sauce is a combination for a super duper Set. People don't vote this as the best pizza in Class in Columbus but it is strongly considerable. The Jetman Logo is...
