FOOD POISONING!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!

Just bought a 6inch (light) turkey/provolone sub with vegetables. A chocolate milk and chips. Took 3 bites of my sandwich and my stomach started hurting, one more bite and I immediately starting vomiting. Never had food poisoning before so I thought, okay it’s a heat wave- maybe they didn’t refrigerate the Turkey or something properly, not mad just concerned. Called 3 times all ringing to voicemail (I was just at this store in the middle of the day; ZERO customers other than me) I left a voicemail letting them know what happened. Honestly don’t expect to hear a thing.

They also should not expect to see my face or money ever again.

UPDATE: Called back a FOURTH time to get a very rude worker. ME: “hi is there a manager I can speak to?” SUBWAY: “Nope just left. Not here til tomorrow morning. Bye.” ME: “Oh no problem I’ll speak to you” SUBWAY: “No manager, goodbye.” ME: “I’m very upset, I’ll be speaking with you right now, thank you.” SUBWAY: “sighs Okay.” ME: “I just came in and got a 6” Turkey/cheese and immediately got food poisoning.” SUBWAY: “Ma’am there’s nothing I can do for you. No manager til tomorrow.”

I just said K and hung up at that point....

This place has gone downhill! Kids got me a sub. Although they watched it being made by the girl working there (who they said was rude to the customer behind them), the sandwich they got was soggy and had an additional meat on it that wasn't ordered. Either way it was the wrong sandwich. Kids went back to get money back because it was horrible. The "mgr" inspected the sandwich like they did something wrong, offered no apologies, etc. Kids called to advise that the mgr was pleasant. I called store and he advised he was Mr Asih Patel (spelling?) the owner. I explain how bad sandwich was, how kids were uncomfortable by way he acted, etc. He didn't apologize but asked where the other erroneous meat was like we were criminals. I let him know it was in the bag. It was one, small sub. NO apology, he was mean and rude. Can't run a business like this. The cookies were bad too. Not sure what's going on at this store but service and product has gotten so bad that we rarely go anymore and now will not go back. For this mgr/owner, your demeanor either trumped your intent or your demeanor is just plain bad - either way, it...

We didn't even get the chance to eat here. We walked up to the door, our 7 year old opened it and the guy making someone's sub yelled at our kid saying they were closing. Their hours, online and at the location say open till 9pm. It was only 6:23pm when we went. It's one thing for you to yell at me...but I draw the line at you...
