In addition to a large family order, we ordered a 3 piece (2 legs and a thigh) extra crispy meal. This was a drive thru order. The family order was correct. When we got home, we realized the 3-piece order had 2 legs only. No big deal, right? We called the number on the receipt. No answer after multiple attempts. After looking at reviews on here, the phones have been an issue for several months (Why wouldn't you fix that?). While some of the family ate, we drove the 10 minutes back to the store to get the 3 piece meal replaced. We explained the problem with the order and asked to get it replaced. At the window, the employee handed us a box with a thigh piece with no apology. We explained that we wanted the meal replaced because the 2 legs and biscuit were now cold (20+ minutes old). Patricia (cashier from the receipt) said, "Well, that's not my problem. You should have eaten the other chicken before you came back over here." Had we been able to contact them by phone, this may have been easily hashed out before we drove back over. Additionally, I paid ~$7.50 for a 3 piece, fresh, and (relatively) hot meal. Not a meal with one hot component. Why should I have cold chicken based on KFC's mistake? When we opened the box she gave us, we saw that it was very greasy original thigh instead of extra crispy as originally ordered and explained (at least twice) in the drive thru. After some more back and forth involving Patricia muttering and rolling her eyes, she did give us the extra crispy piece but refused to replace the cold food. After coming inside the store, listening to Patricia muttering, and bringing back all of the meal we got a refund for the 3 piece. Shockingly, they offered to replace the meal at this point but, after this level of headache over one piece of chicken, I did not trust them to complete that simple order. The manager (or at least that's how she was identified by the other employee) stated she was going to discuss Patricia's rudeness. The manager indicated that Patricia's handling of the situation (minus the rudeness) was normal procedure for that store. Well, she actually didn't specify that it was just for that store, but I am assuming that is the case because ANY time I have ever had an issue with an order that was not my fault (KFC or otherwise) the whole meal has been replaced. This makes sense because the price paid is for a meal together, not a meal with varying levels of freshness. Maybe things work differently at this store (shrug). In any case, they get 2 stars because the rest of the food was good and the third employee was nice and helpful by getting the manager. Patricia needs an attitude adjustment and I'm not confident the manager is going to...

Read moreFor the same $30 I spent here, I could have gotten more fresh and better tasting food at Raising Cane's with significantly less waiting time. I feel the crew is understaffed and very likely underpaid. I wish their management gave them the proper resources to do their job. Found a hair on one of my nuggets...didn't complain to the staff; I just wanted to get home and eat. If I had taken the time to drive back to complain probably I would have gone to deaf ears anyways since associates probably have an IDGAF attitude (not that I got that from any of the associates during my visit). From what I read on the reviews this has been going on for some time and probably the whole bringing Long John Silvers to share the space is to split the cost of rent. This place is in decay and the only answer is to stop supporting it financially. In order for this place to make a turn for the best it will require a bit of a revamping. I gave them a 2 star on atmosphere because there seemed to be some people in the dining room, but only because all of them were waiting...
