bobaTEAque — Restaurant in Orange

I really love boba so much. This place has become my favorite boba place. I used to come here a lot but one day i noticed the lady that worked there was getting sick and tired of me. She woulds always complain about me in Chinese the the other owner that's more friendlier. The lady gets really sick and tired of you after you go to the shop. I prefer the boy taking my order than the other lady that works there because that lady always be complaining about me in Chinese to the boy owner and i'm like i'm literally paying you to get me a drink. Please be nicer lady. But i don't actually say that like i say it in my head. I don't wanna be rude like that lady. But the drinks taste so good. Once when they made me a black milk tea it tasted different like weird. So i went and told the lady. She literally took a sip of my drink and told me it tastes the same. I was like no last time i got it it tasted better. And I'm not going to take back my drinks after she tried both of them that's literally so nasty. And she was like no it tastes the same. And after like a million years she finally made new drinks. when she gave them to me i tried the drinks and they tasted better. . She looked at me weirdly and started complaining about me in Chinese. We came a bit earlier than when they opened and offered to come back, but the owner was really sweet and didn't mind taking our order! They have a decent menu with different types of drinks and flavors. My sister and I really enjoyed our drinks! My favorite is the Lychee Green Tea, but that’s only available for a limited time. :(

The shop itself is really nice and quite spacious so they usually hold some sort of event on the weekends. They have a decent amount of tables and chairs so it's also a good place to hangout and chat with friends. They're located in this large plaza so parking is easy.

After watching the Enhypen VR concert at Cinemark nearby, we wanted some boba at a spot with decent indoor seating. I remembered BobaTEAque from previous cup sleeve events (that I couldn't attend) and that it was nearby, so off we go!

I ordered the Rose TGY oolong milk tea ($6.50) with 25% sugar and less ice and boba topping ($0.75). They were also cool enough to use my reusable tumbler for my boba drink so I can avoid another single use plastic cup. Drink was refreshing and just what I needed on a hot day!

Plenty of seating inside. Restroom available for customers. Only downside is no food on the menu if you wanted some snacks. However, they were okay with outside food that my friend, who hadn't eaten lunch yet, bought from a nearby store, so appreciate them...
