Del Taco — Restaurant in Orange

The food was ok.. but the service was really bad!! I arrived at 11:50PM and apparently the close at midnight (even though the map says open 24 hours). The servers were very dismissive and pretended I was invisible.. then after about 10 mins., this young guy came in a very bad mood and asked me what I wanted.. I asked him what I could ask that came with the lime rice because I wanted to try it.. he said " anything in the menu that comes with rice!!" I don't know the menu.. how am I suppose to know what comes with rice!!! Then he handed me the food in a to go bag.. I took it and sat at a table to start eating and he came to me and said they were closed and I had to leave (even though there was another gentleman sitying down and eating, that arrived the same time I did. I other words he kicked me out!! To top it all, as I'm eating in my cor parked in their parking lot, I find a hair in my food.. THAT WAS IT!! I THREW IT ALL IN THE GARBAGE AND LEFT!! I'm used to everyone being very nice in Los Angeles.. and was very shocked by all this rudeness..Definitely NEVER COMING BACK...

THANK YOU TO THE OWNER OF THIS DEL TACO !!!!!!!!!!! i have come back to this location witch is a 4 min walk across the street from my home ALOT in the last 8 months since i wrote my last Negative review witch was very Harsh and kinda nasty. the quality has Shot up ALOT. your food makes me want to eat here every day if i could afford it.

my only complaint is with Del Taco Corprate for removing My fave menu item AGAIN from the menu. the spice chicken burrito with beans and white rice in it. that meal was so filling and really good and tasty. they have replaced it with a much worse chicken burrito that has much less in it and up charged us from 11.50$ for 12.50$ for much less food then the old menue item use to give for less. the only Reason i would not give a 5 Star is the pricing and constant changes to less and less and less food obviously forced by Del Taco Corp. Del taco All locations offer less and less cheap affordable food and for the price id rather spend 5$ more and eat at a restaurant...

I usually don’t leave reviews at all but this experience was so bad it made me. Juan was the general manager helping us at the cash register. My pregnant wife and I asked if there was seating available inside and Juan said no. On all the Covid charts inside of del taco says “limited seating” due to Covid restrictions. The restaurant was shut down completely inside which is misleading. Juan didn’t explain why he just said “no” and walked away and didn’t walk back until 10 minutes later to take our order. Also when our food was finally ready, no one called out our ticket number to tell us. We had to walk up and find out food was there and had to go through it to make sure everything we had ordered was in the bags. Horrible horrible customer service here. The restaurant should at least have limited seating. Better off not going here and going somewhere else all together if we...
