I come here several times a week because I love the Cinnabon Oreo shake and it’s always really good here. Today I ordered the same and was given a fruit loop shake. I handed it back and said I ordered the Oreo Cinnabon. The worker Erika, took the shake walked off for a minute and came back and handed me the exact shake I had given back and tried to tell me it’s what I ordered. I had to pull around get out of my car in the rain to take it inside and even having it remade it’s not the shake I order and receive every day. They have found the perfect pacing of coupons and promos to keep me coming back weekly. Generally, I feel like they are a bit over priced for a hotdog, but when the deal is right, I can't stay away. The store is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. The kitchen is fast, which is essential for me. I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so they are perfect for my time constraints. They typically have my order on the tray by the time my debit card receipt finishes printing!
