Denny's — Restaurant in Orange

Have been here several times to eat. Majority of the time things are okay. But this time had loud server telling the manager what she was and wasn't going to do. Then when walking away over her shoulder told him, "Well you're the one that hired all these useless people." Same server later cut a elderly couple off as they were fixing to sit at a table. Managervhad told them they could sit where ever they liked because the lady was cold. So after the server being rude they just left without eating. We were seated by the windows. As far as I could look nothing but major dust on the wide ledge and blinds. My food was not made as I ordered. Our server (not same as above) took my plate to have kitchen remake. Old sandwich was removed and new sandwich placed on same old plate. While waiting for her to come check on us (flirting with a table with four younger men) I put a little ketchup on my plate and ate a few French fries. New sandwich was placed on top of where ketchup had been. No fresh fries; the same ones that she took were now COLD. Went to get manager; informed him of everything I had witnessed and seen. Told him no I don't want it remade just take off ticket. Because my husband was finishing up his sandwich and I had had enough. Old manager stayed on top of everything and made sure to make time to walk around and check on every guest. This one must not has his Orange County Manager Heath Certificate because no one that goes through a managers health class would ever allow a store to get this run down. It will be a great while before I attempt to visit...

Buyer be aware warning ⚠️!

This is an alert & warning ⚠️ of a bad experience of an attempted suspicious fraud and theft with my debit card.

I'm a professional over-the-road truck driver and I stopped at a Flying J Truck Stop/Travel Center located at Orange, TX and had my dinner at the Denny's Store # 858 located at the truck stop the evening of 09/28/2022.

After I was served the food I ordered the waitress asked to take my payment earlier to avoid delays while I was eating. I obliged and provided my debit card to pay my bill.

This morning I received an alert from my bank of an attempted suspicious fraudulent charge and theft and or withdrawal using my debit card that I used to pay for my food at Denny's. There were 3 attempts which fortunately my bank declined to honor all 3 for fraud suspicion. Thank God the transactions did not process. I have had to cancel that card and request for a replacement to avoid more attempts.

I even called to speak with the manager and a gentleman answered the phone and claimed to be the manager. I tried to explain my situation and what happened but instead of paying attention to my experience and getting concerned he became defensive and rude and dismissed me and hanged the phone on me.

I highly believe and suspect my debit card and bank information was compromised at Denny's during my bill payment while I trusted giving out my card.

Patrons just be careful with this Denny's location store # 858 at Orange, TX. Personally I will never stop at that restaurant again after...

I went to Denny’s this morning for Breakfast and normally I go to Denny’s late at night, but I haven’t gone out in a long time Not since they started to raise their prices So I normally go to Burger King for breakfast when I do For some reason, I decided to go to this morning with my family It was not an enjoyable experience First thing we see as We’re getting out of the car to walk in employees smoking outside right in front of the door Both our waitress and another waiter So right away we know that they’re going to Smell Like disgusting cigarette smoke We proceeded to be seated at the table the cook is Clearly eating food That he’s preparing for other people Disgusting And he keeps staring at my wife, making her very uncomfortable To the point to where I wanna smack the beady eyed Jackass We order our food And not even five minutes and the stuff comes out Normally, we had to wait a lot longer in the past So it’s like they just popped this stuff in the microwave And when we did, my brother had to ask Where the bacon and sausage was between us, we had two pieces of sausage two pieces of bacon We’re in the past we had like four pieces of bacon, four pieces of sausage The plates were smaller so They raise prices and cut portions While all this is going on The cook is still staring And our waitress reeks of alcohol We couldn’t even finish our food We just asked for a To go Box Paid and left And gave the food to the dog We will never go to...
