Just terrible! I tried Domino's the other day and it is the first time in the history of people ordering and eating pizza that I threw away the pizza, and could not even finish one slice. That in itself is an indictment of this chain, and particularly this bad store. Generally, it should be a crime to throw away pizza, hamburger, or hot dog.
Like before, lack of staffing, not understanding the order, not getting the amount of ingredients right, and just bad tasting pizza at this location.
This chain now makes terrible pizza, and I can see why they are getting out of the pizza business by trying other non-pizza menu.
In QSR or restaurant business in general, you should not to try to expand your menu, if your main menu Item (pizza) is awful.
In my opinion, it is a matter of time before this store, in particular, and the chain goes out of business or change its model.
However, it is also financially very challenging for the store owner, when the corporate promotion requires them to sell a large pizza with unlimited toppings for $10.99. No business owner can afford to hire more staff at $20 per hour if they are forced to lose money for every pizza by the misguided corporate promotions. The true price for a large pizza with unlimited toppings should be $25 to $30 if adjusted for inflation, cost of goods, and overhead.

Read moreThe food was good but not so much the service, had ordered online and ordered extra sauce packets but never received them and when I asked the driver she said she hadnt gotten it nor did she know I had ordered them. I would hope at almost a dollar for these small packages I would at least get my money back for said item but nope. I even asked the driver Maria if she could let the manager know and she said ok, couple days pass and the transaction that was on hold finally went through and they still charged me full price. Make sure to call beforehand and ask they make sure to put any extra items u paid for. Granted today it was something small but I've seen they even forget your 2 liter soda. They've forgotten the sauces 3 times and when I called was told they cant do anything and they would have to charge me... CALL BEFOREHAND if u order sauces.... they made it up to me the last time I ordered by coming back to bring me all the sauces they forgot to give me previously but wont be ordering from here...
Read moreOrdered through the app. Took forever. Tracker went from "quality assurance" to "delivered" (never "out for delivery" or "on the way") after about 45 minutes. When I checked the front door, there was no delivery. It took me 15 minutes in the useless app to even find out which store made the order and didn't deliver it. So I finally called the store for a refund. The first lady I spoke with was so slow a challenged that she could not even retain two letters or numbers in a row to look up my order by name, number or address. It was like talking to a brick wall. I asked to speak with somebody who could understand me. The next person was no better and just responded "ung" to everything I said. I asked to be connected with someone else and finally a lady came on who was competent and refunded my order. This took 30 minutes end to end.
