BR Tire Center llc — Local services in Orange

Went there at 1 pm. I was told i would be seen in 5-10 minutes, that turned into an hr. Then i was told to come back in an hour. So i came back in an hr. Then i was told they need 15 minutes because EVERYONE was on lunch. I had to wait another 45 minutes. THEN i was told an alignment couldn’t be done because it was too greasy. So the short old mechanic suggested i leave the car and order the parts needed for my car since i have alot of problems. I asked what the problems were, he said that would cost 85 bucks to let me. So i said i would take my car back to my mechanic. The mechanic claims my axel was leaking and I shouldn’t leave the car to have all the problems fixed there. I just repaired the axel 2 months ago. I only came came for an alignment after the lower control arms were fixed.. He then got mad and told me to leave and go somewhere else after telling me they couldn’t repair it. Also after I already said i would take it back to my mechanic. I asked him why he was upset and he kept yelling for me to leave. I didnt do anything wrong to be yelled at. Also after patiently waiting for hours. How was he mad after claiming he couldnt repair the alignment. Also suggsting i get other work done that would take ANOTHER DAY after waiting for 3 hours. VERY POOR...

This place is so bad with their customer service and the way they rip people off, That I went and taught myself how to change my break pad and rotors.. And if your not Spanish they will treat you differently and have you waiting longer..THEY DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY and you can read comments below and see others testimonies. Also their used tires should be illegal to sell… I brought a used tire and in 2 weeks I had to get a new one..They don’t like to give receipts and if you ask you’ll be waiting another hour.. I think someone should record and document they way they treat and service people so we can get them out of Orange.. If you go here your putting your care and Mental Heath at risk.. As you can see below my comment, there are more bad comments then good.. You have been warned!!! And below he talks as if he knows who I am.. I always ask the price because I’m not rich lol.. And who goes anywhere and doesn’t ask if the place they go to can do the job or not? It’s called making sure that your car is in the right hands.. This owner is a loose cannon and is really on here trying to defend his biases and bad business instead of fixing it.. Don’t worry with these practices he will be out of business soon and I will be calling the Better...

STAY AWAY from this place!!! If I could give ZERO (0) Stars I would. I’ve been here multiple times and the owner CARLOS is very arrogant and disrespectful, he thinks it’s okay to speak to people in a condescending way and that’s not right. I went there to replace one tire and valve-stem and CARLOS brought it a used tire and told me FIFTY($50) +$10. I went inside to pay and I ask if he accepts Apple Pay or debit card and he said yes that will be $70, so I reminded him that the total should be $60 and he says “TAX”, which is obviously a lie just to charge me more money! I politely reminded him again that HE agreed to $60, and instead of paying via card I handed him $60 cash and he got very angry and threw a temper tantrum like a child, very unprofessional. He told me to “get out of here don’t come back” and started to disrespect me calling me names, he kept on yelling loudly in Spanish cursing about me to his employees and the other customers, he said in English: “this is not charity place, you can’t afford it don’t come here” as if I I’m begging him to buy the from him, I only went there because it’s close and convenient but never again! This guy Carlos is a very toxic human being to deal with, he will steal your energy and your money if...
