McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange

My uncle and I recently stopped at this McDonald's which should be renamed Mc ripoff I ordered a $1.69 cheeseburger on the value menu which tasted fairly good. He being Catholic and it being Fri ordered a McFish. $7.79 which I told him is ridiculous but the real shocker came when he got it. The bun was the size of a McMuffin and the fish not much bigger..folks if this isn't highway robbery what is? He would have done much much better going to a regular restaurant and paying 12$ for a plate lunch. He said he was still hungry I said with those mini fish sandwiches he would have to spend 30$ just to get halfways full. THE owner of this franchise how can you sleep at night when you're holding people up without a gun!! Stay away from this McDonald's because it is a t total ripoff!! McDonald's CEO says sales at McDonald's are down and with this outrageous prices and mediocre food you better turn your ship around or yall are in 10 years from now going extinct like the 🦕 dinosaur joining Howard Johnson and the rest of the now defunct chains. If you're going to charge nearly 8 bucks for a miniature fish sandwich you deserve to go out...

Came through heading to Air Force graduation. The lobby was horrible. Nothing stocked in the lobby and the tables were disgusting. I informed the guy on front counter that the tables needed to be cleaned and he was a perfect gentleman and came right out to clean them. My mother in law had to go up and ask for straws because there were none in lobby. Luckily our front counter guy came right out and filled them up. She also wanted tea but there was no tea in lobby but she settled for diet coke. I then had to go up and ask for jelly. There was someone in a blue shirt a thin manager I'm assuming or perhaps crew trainer who just tossed my jelly on the conter for me to just pick up instead of handing them to me. I had to refrain from going off on her about proper customer service. Who does that. I'm a former McDonald's Gm so that all just through me for a loop. I simply wanted to just take them all into a meeting and get the store together. It was truly horrible and made McDonald's look bad. I'm not use to that kind of service at all. Very...

We had a short wait in line, but there was a long line of people waiting for their order. As we got to the register, the manager ran away yelling for someone to work the register because it was backing up. There was another woman whose food had gone cold waiting for her tea. We offered the employee time to get the lady her tea, but we were informed that would cause trouble. The employee then had trouble following our order, but got most of it right. We got our food a little while later, but had to wait for the drinks. While waiting for our drinks, a man started complaining loudly about having to wait on his paycheck. Another woman (customer?) walked to the back while picking her nose and smearing it all along the wall as she walked. My teenagers were so uncomfortable that they were asking to leave without the drinks, but we waited. We got an apology from the cashier about the wait and we were told that there was only one person working the register. My kids were rushing out the door. I will not be back to...
