McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange

I've never had such an inconsistent series of orders from one location like I have had with this one. Almost every single order I get is always missing something, if not the nuggets, then it's the fries or a whole burger and even the drinks. Ive ordered on multiple different occasions just to make sure I'm not being one of those guys complaining about stuff that could be a one time thing. I had an order a while back that had a near-raw patty and the owner was kind enough to rectify the situation only to have the general manager at the time blow customers off for a conversation with a coworker about what they're doing for their vacation. The food is inconsistent every time I order, in terms of missing items and the freshness quality. Some days there'll be great service, and other days not. Today my order was missing fries 10/10 was disappointed again. Hopefully things aren't too tough of the workers and these instances are just bad days that they're having. Submit complaints and they'll get back to you for sure. I'll probably order here again to see if it works out well. Will update the review after the next few orders from now. I do not recommend ordering inside: when I came to redeem my compensated meals, the guy ignored me even after I had asked for help and then when I asked if the counter was closed he said it wasn't then continued to talk to his coworker ignoring myself and...

There entire soda machine was down on a VERY hot day 🥵. They are linked with convenience store & gas station but the walk thru opening between the two locations was chained off(of course you didn't know that until you actually walked in 😡). I ordered then sat just behind the kiosk waiting for my order to be called. When I saw someone come in, order and sit down then get called before my order I approached the counter to inquire about my order which had been sitting there for well.., I have no idea 🤔. Annoyed, I begin the trek AROUND the whole store and past the gas station only to realize the French Fries were cold 😡! I can't eat cold McDonald's fries. Sure, you can throw them in the microwave but, I'm not sure what McDonald's fries are made of but is there ANYONE on the planet that thinks they taste the same after reheating them in a microwave? Oh...did I mention how hot it was? Well I had no choice...so I began my hike back to the counter. Trying to keep it PG here. It's hard to say without certain adjectives you know? Let's just say it was bad day for this particular McDonald's. Hence, only 3 out of 5 stars people. Pick up the slack...I believe in you and I'll be watching you too...

Avoid this place if you can. The day I went was a Saturday evening in August. This particular McDonald's is a shared building with the Chevron gas station. I walked-up to order and was hit hard like, a ton of bricks just fell on me by a putrid, body-order smell. I looked around wondering where it could have come from and, my sense of smell led me to the area where a transient was sitting, reading a soiled paper and very slowly nursing a cup of joe. That hideous stench almost ruined my appetite. Placed my order and it took almost 15 minutes- which was an eternity considering the weird stuff that was going on there. This place is Grand Central Station for transients who gladly take advantage of the soda fountain. One weirdo kept on coming in & out to fill a 32ox cup so he could go back outside to his wheelchair/cart/home and fill a 2-liter empty used pepsi plastic bottle. And what got me was that the guy had on clean clothes and new shoes? I knew I was in the wrong place when the same guy passed his other transient buddies saying, "plastic bottles, Frank- that's where...
