Went to look at washer and dryers and customer service at the time was good. Found some good options to choose from. Decided on a set and they up sold us on some add ons. Warranties, Delivery, Installation along with some small parts needed (hoses, connections ect). Come delivery day the deliver driver shows up. Seams from a company they contract out for the delivery and installation called Temco Logistics. Short version of this part is he says "they" loaded him up with the wrong Washer/Dryer and he can't install it. If I want he can deliver it but not install it as it's not what was ordered and doest fit. Or I can refuse delivery and call to set up deliver with the correct washer/dryer. Answer seams obvious as why would I accepted delivery of something I didn't purchase and not compatible. I go into Home Depot next day to set up redelivery and they unaware of the issue. They explain that Temco is closed on Tuesdays and there is nothing they can do until they speak with them. To return tomorrow, and once they sort it out I can decided if I want a refund or if I want to set up redelivery.... Next day they call me to inform me that the order has been cancelled (by Temco I presume) and that they CAN NOT set up redelivery. I ask what are my options and they proceed to explain I can purchase another set, which would inturn allow Temco to deliver as it's completely new order. Because it's a new order and new buy. And.... "If I want" I can go into the store and request a refund on ones not delivered. Implying I also have the option of not requesting a refund and just paying for them while never receiving them. Frustrated I elected to go in an request a refund. Aslo elected not to buy the again and litteraly risk the exact same situation with no recorse. Went in to Customer Service Line to request a refund. They I needed to go over to Appliances across the store. Found someone in Appliances. (Same person I spoke to on the phone earlier). They informed I need to go to Customer Service. I explained to them I just came from Customer Service and they sent me here. She said no, that's incorrect. Go back to Customer Service. So I waited in line at Customer Service again... Told them I was sent by Appliances because I want a refund and they said I needed to return back to Appliances. Returned back to Appliances again.. I'm like do you really want me to go to Customer service again? They finally picked up the phone and talked, called someone else over, clicky clack on the computer. I waited around for a bit.... About 5-10min later I'm told I need to go to Customer Service again but that they would walk over there with me. That would have been helpful the first couple times..get to Customer Service again and then they begin to process my refund. Asked me ito insert my card but I see it's not the same amount as my purchase. Looks like they left off the taxes or something. I point this out and they shrug... . They have to go back to another register and do it over again. Eventually the refund total is correct and ready for processing. I say Thank you and thier response was "Yeah". I understand thier frustration and annoyance. Seams to be more of a rare event and system flaw than bad customer service. But as a customer having to go in 3 times to eventually receive nothing and having to otp into asking for a refund which required going back and forth in the store. My frustration outweighs thier annoyance to figure out how to help me in accordance...

I went into Home Depot store for copies of five keys. Frank was to help me, and he knew I was waiting but he briefly helped two other people and then he disappeared and I waited about 10 minutes more. When he returned he wasnât all pleasant but he was respectful. I told him what I needed and he kind of đ rolled his eyes without rolling his eyes. I didnât care about his dry attitude because I needed the keys made, so I politely waited and tried to assist him by sorting keys and handing them to Frank, but I had a problem pulling the keys out of the tight key ring holder. Frank saw me struggling to get keys out of key ring holder but he just stood next to me! Even without long nails I was having a hard time and he saw this but just stood there smirking a bit. I asked if he had a screwdriver and he told me to go look in aisle 10 or somewhere next to it. I could not find it so I started using any little metal debris that I found next to his cart, by the key machine. When he came back to me with a key I frustratingly I asked him if he could please help & he finally helped some. I knew I wasnât going to get a good job done bc if his demeanor and bc I never saw him brush debris off the sides of the keys. After all that I got home and saw the careless bad job he did intentionally. This is not the first time I get keys made and Iâve seen the process, but being in a hurry and waiting so long, I was hoping for the best. Maybe Home Depot has Frank there bc if the desperate need for employees but Frank is no asset to the store! This guy is just a đjerk who picks who he doesnât care to help⌠especially if you give him...

As I always say, "Life is an adventure, and shopping trips are no different." My recent visit to The Home Depot on Katella Ave in Orange, CA, was mostly great, although it had one notable low point. Let's break it down, shall we?
My mission for the day was simple - just a couple of boxes and some tape for an upcoming move. Of course, as with any trip to Home Depot, I found myself wandering around the store; you never know when inspiration might strike for a new DIY project, right?
While navigating the store, I had the pleasure of meeting Anna in the kitchen area, who kindly pointed me in the right direction when I was looking for the restroom. Staff like Anna are what make shopping experiences truly enjoyable - it's not just about buying products, but the interaction and the community feel that really matter.
Now, the one unfortunate aspect of my visit was the state of the bathroom. It was, to put it mildly, not up to par. I had to walk right back out, which wasn't a pleasant surprise.
To sum it all up, The Home Depot on Katella Ave is a great place to shop for all your DIY and home improvement needs. It's brimming with potential project ideas and great staff like Anna. However, the cleanliness of the restroom could definitely use some attention. For this reason, I'm giving this Home Depot location a solid 4 stars - a little polishing and it could easily reach that 5-star standard. Keep up the great work, and let's clean up those bathrooms! Until next...
