Ordered 2 ultra caramel frap. Drove all the way home as soon as I picked up one of the cups it started spilling in my car and on my clothes. They made the coffee in a cracked cup. Went there today worst Starbucks the guy didn’t even know how to make our drinks he touched our lids which is gross and not sanitary .you can pass hepatitis A doing that . Just went through drive up and the person making my expresso was not wearing her mask properly (under the nose) while making my coffee. Couldn’t bring myself to drink it after seeing that. Called the store just to advice CDC compliance mandates masks worn over the nose and was told by the person I was talking to that the masks tend to slip down.
