Kids kill themselves trying to get some tickets for some sad candies and toys you can get from dollar tree (100x$1.00) yet they have the balls to charge 100 points for something that cost them pennies. The only reason I came here was cause I'm visiting my baby girl and CT have NOTHING fun to do but trampolines all over the place,in New jersey I have 3 water parks within 30 mins from home and many other indoor parks.Chuck E Cheese is closing down here cause they do have real competition and I can't wait for Chuck to be part of history.Everything is so over priced that u can actually feel getting ripoff.

Chucky Cheese is a fun place to bring kids of all ages, but it is especially convenient for parents of younger children. Because they mark your hand and the hands of the children you arrive with with an invisible stamp you can rest assured that even if you lose track of smaller children they will not be leaving without you! It allows me to relax and let the kids run free! You can load points or minutes of play to cards that can be attached to a bracelet on sale for $1 so that the kids can play on their own, and if you decide to take a break to eat (not great food) you can pause the card very easily.

We celebrate my son’s birthday here. It seems to be kids favorite. Reasonable rates. The packages is reasonably priced as well. Pizza here is surprisingly good as well. The workers are all very friendly and helpful. You could book a table that can accommodate around 15 kids or if you need more than you could book another table that are placed next to each other. Wish the place is a little bigger though. They now use card instead of tokens. It is refillable. They sell a wristband to attach the card so it won’t get lost.

UPDATED 12/12/22: This CEC is the last one on the shoreline. Great deals with the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards app! Fun for kids... but EVERYONE should visit and EVERYONE will have fun! FUN HAS NO AGE LIMIT, Chuck E. himself has said that before! All You Can Play is the BEST arcade value on the market- Dave & Buster's can take a hike, Chuck E.'s in charge! This store recently completed its remodel (started in October 2021, completed April 2022). There are over 40 NEW games in addition to all your favorites from before the remodel. The new artwork and paint looks very good and the lighting sets a more... generic tone. It seems like they really want EVERYONE to visit, not just kids anymore which is super appreciated. The only thing I do not like is that the animatronic show is now non-existent, the only opportunity to see the Chuck E. Cheese Show content is via the TVs, big screen, or when he visits (usually) every hour on the :30 on the dance pad. The only issue with remodeling generally for Chuck E. Cheese is the lack of characters in-store, which is an issue the animatronic stage shows of all varieties helped solve. Other than that, the staff is usually on the ball and the store is always clean. Thanks for making magic always! Have a Chuck E. Day at Chuck E....

I don’t usually write reviews but i had to let everyone know about my experience here. I came to bring my god daughter. Upon walking in, I noticed the place didn’t look very clean and the debris of former clients was left on the tables. As I continued, I noticed the bathrooms were dirty, the salad bar was messy, and the staff members weren’t very friendly. I chose to ignore it because my god daughter didn’t notice these things and wanted to play. We ordered food and while my sister was having her salad she found a dead fly in it. Another staff was picking the grapes from the salad bar. Trying to be patient, we brought it to the attention of the girl at the front counter who was curt and agitated that we had brought it to her attention. The cook came from the back and wasn’t wearing a hair net despite having long hair. The chuckie mascot was rude to the children and didn’t even give my god daughter a high five or interact with the kids. This was my first time bringing my god daughter here and certainly my last. I would avoid this place and...

My great grandson's 1st bday party was 9/28. My granddaughter paid $600 plus $8/child for socks and that does not include the bounce house with the little balls. My granddaughter arrived @ 12:15 pm for setup ( which you're allowed 15 minutes before your allotted start time), Chucky Cheese made her wait until 12:20 pm, which means that 5 minutes was taken off of the birthday party time because the time slot was for 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. I thought we overstayed our time because the young girl was standing at the end of the table at 2:20 p.m. 10 minutes before the party was over with the trash bag forcing us to leave and telling me (the great grandmother that she has another party to do. Chucky Cheese was very disappointing. I will be sending this to corporate or to whomever will apologize to my granddaughter for the unpleasant service for her son's 1st birthday party. There were professionals amongst our family and friends who came to celebrate and they were taken aback by...
