They obviously have no concern for customer safety. The last text we received was at 4:13 pm. An hour later our food still had not arrived. My daughter, who placed the order, called Goodies for an update and was told that it was left at the door AN HOUR EARLIER DESPITE the fact that she specifically unselected "contact free delivery", which DOES NOT mean you leave people's food in the middle of their porches and take off without notifying them it's there! Grub hub told us to contact Goodies and Goodies told us they aren't responsible for Grub hub drivers. But THEY select the services from whom they accept orders NOT the customer! So they expect us to either eat unsafe food that could've been tampered with or is unsafe and cold because of sitting unsupervised on our front porch for at least an hour or more (safe food handing practices says hot food should be kept hot and not left out for more than an hour) and risk getting sick or waste our money and throw it away! Every time I visit this goodies they are never in a bad mood. They are always rude and they never answer your question. The customer service is absolutely horrible. On Friday, September 15 at 5:55 PM. There was a young lady speaking through the drive-through. I asked her multiple times what type of drinks do they have? She kept telling me Pepsi products I asked her what were the flavors she said she doesn’t know just Pepsi products. I literally pulled off every time I come to this location I never get to order anything because they are so rude and the customer service is just horrible. They need a new set of employees. Got a Double Cheeseburger combo in the drivethrough, a few quirks with communication but they were diligent to get the order right.

The food was on the verge of being a 5/5 but they did not salt the fries. That would have brought it over the top for me. The burger was cooked well and not the best burger I've ever had but a step up from fast-food. To improve maybe consider adding more char or serving up smash burgers with that nice crust would have made it an allstar burger with the condiments and toppings.

For the price it's reasonable but a few minor details and care would have made it exceptional....
