There was a long line and when I got to the counter the cashier turned her back to me to grind and brew coffee without saying a word. After a couple minutes just waiting for her she turned her attention to take my order. I used my gold card which is in my husbands account but she didn’t ask my name. She put my husband’s name on the order who was not with me. So when they called out the order I didn’t walk up since my name wasn’t called nor was the description of the drink called out (something that other locations will do). The drinks sat there for a good 10 minutes until the same cashier told me these were my drinks. Already irritated at this point I left with my drinks that were now lukewarm. After drinking some of mine I realized that the add shot I requested clearly wasn’t present. In fact it tasted like they subtracted a shot. Also, I requested soy milk because I cannot drink regular milk and I can definitely tell the difference in taste. My drink had regular milk. The sugar free syrup was not sugar free either. While in line the cashier named, Kevin, had an upsetting attitude toward my sister and I. He told us we were on the wrong side on the line and then proceeded to yell at us saying “Are you deaf ?!” and mumbled other hurtful words towards us. He had no idea that my sister actually has unilateral hearing loss. This was very offensive. We didn’t say anything towards him to have him act in this manner. Also while ordering he wouldn’t let us speak and made it a problem saying “Or we gonna have a problem do you wanna argue or..” whilst moving his arms in a threatening manner. Read moreI did and online order today, When I went to pick it up this blonde Asian employee was by the counter, I said "excuse me" multiple times kindly and she just walked away every time. When she finally decided to stop ignoring me I told her I had an online order to pick up, then she just said "okay" and kept walking away and doing other things. After about 7 minutes she finally came again and said if I was picking up something so I told her I was picking up some brownies and she asked under what name, I have her my name and she just said "high someone took it. Let me get another one" so she went away for another 3 minutes and when she came back she rudely have it to me and didn't even warm it up as I had asked her to. It was all hard and cold.
