Jamba — Restaurant in Orange

I've been coming to this location 3xweek, for over 6yrs to get a bowl. They recently changed all the employees, and now the service and quality of the bowl are disappointing. Before this change, all the employees greeted you upon entering. If they were busy, they acknowledged you and let you know someone will be with you.They were fast and efficient. They all exhibited initiative to help eachother. The new staff is so slow, they don't greet you, and they don't acknowledge you when they're busy. They look at you standing at the cash register waiting to order, and say nothing. The quality of the bowl is also very inconsistent. Considering they recently raised their prices, I expect a good quality bowl every time.Good bye Jamba Juice. Time to find a new lunch...

Manager vyllai is very unprofessional and disrespectful my little sister had her first day yesterday. Vyllai was there from 8-11am. My little got that at 9:15. He saw my sister sitting outta the for 30 mins in the rain and cold. Like was he not think about this cov-19 stuff. Also when she was let by a different employee. Vyllai did greet her or did he say he was sorry. This wasn’t the first incident there many. But this was the last straw my sister was having trouble finding out her first day she emails her manager vyllai he would take 5-6 day to reply and he the hiring manager I know he checks his email everyday... I just feel like my sister was targeting because of her skin color...... if you are trying to work here I wouldn’t recommend...

This place must get a 5 star review because all the staff is working so hard to make sure that everyone has there drinks. Really, they work very hard here and everyone is doing a great job, so thank you staff for doing AWESOME job, keep us with the good work.

The place is really busy and when I say busy, there is a line right out the door. If your planning getting a drink within 5 minutes, think again, the normal wait time is around 10-12 minutes but it is worth every penny if you love Jamba Juice. Today I had the banana Berry, it was the best cold drink on this very hot day. Again, this goes to the entire staff at Jamba Juice...You guys are doing awesome job. Thank you,
