Jersey Mikes — Restaurant in Orange

I am an avid Jersey Mike's customer, but this location has nothing but terrible quality control and horrible customer service. The employee making my sandwich, I couldn't catch his name, but he started violently coughing as he made my sandwich. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager, but he said she was not available, which I find impossible. the tables and chairs were absolutely disgusting, covered in grease and food remnants, and don't get me started on how disgusting the bathrooms were. Some kind of sticky residue on the floor and the smell was ghastly. I asked an employee if anyone was able to clean it, and he just scoffed and went into the back, and began to cough even more. The customer service at this Jersey Mike's is exceptional. I did a large order online for 25 people to be ready by 10am the next day, and it was packed and ready when I got there (as expected). The team there helped walk everything to my vehicle. I was under a time crunch for an event. What made the encounter exceptional, was that I was missing one bag of sandwiches (I wasn't aware, again, time crunch and I didn't count), and they called me while I was in transit to let me know about the problem, and then they drove the missing sandwiches to our jobsite to make sure I had a complete order. I was surprised to have to wait over 30 minutes for my order, it’s always a strange feeling to see other people who came after you did get their food right away and have to spend half of my lunch hour waiting for my food was such a waste of time. This was my first time stopping by this new location and I thought it would be worth it but somehow the guys working forgot about my order and all three of them were completely clueless when asking each other about my order.
