Formerly known as Taqueria de Anda, this Mexican food joint offers the basics of a, well... Taqueria. Tacos, burritos, wet-burritos (heck yeah. Al pastor with extra melted cheese on top thank you very much), quesadillas, horchata, jamaica, mexican coca-cola! (Mexican Coca-cola= real sugar! Thank you very much). Taqueria Hoy fails on a couple of major factors: Flavor.) Mexican food is one of the best cuisine in the world! Or so I believe, I don't say this only because I'm Mexican but let's be honest, tortillas, refried beans, cheese! Et voila! You can never go wrong with a bean and cheese burrito! And don't even get me started with the salsas or guacamole! What's up? Sadly Taqueria Hoy lacks that kick in its food that makes you salivate and satisfied after some chorizo tacos. The food here is rather bland. And bland my dear friends is not allowed in the Mexican kitchens. Price.) For 3 tacos and a horchata over $10?.. I'm sorry but 3 tacos was barely my appetizer however now I'm broke and still hungry..... Service.) Mediocre. Business hours.) Here's what pisses me off, is 3a.m. after few beers I walk to Taqueria Hoy, debating wether I want my pastor burrito wet or not. The sign outside the Taqueria says open 24hours. But to my dismay: dining room closed! Drive-thru only! Not only I'm foaming at the mouth because of rage and well, burrito al pastor hungry but also frustrated because: hello I had few beers (more or less but who's counting?) Driving would be foolish, so I did the responsible thing and walked to my burrito only to find out that I can not order my so desired dish via drive through while on foot. Not cool man, not cool... Still 3 stars because, well is a 3 star experience. Actually 2 and a half but that option is unavailable here.. For the heck of it, check it out and let me know if you agree or if my judgement has been tainted because of the lack...

24 hour Mexican counter service in the OC. Came here after hiking at Peters Canyon, so we were hungry. They have their own parking lot, so it’s easy to find a spot. Drive thru is available, and outdoor/indoor dining is available during covid.

The service was very warm and friendly. Credit cards are accepted. The food portions are very generous, and though the food is already prepared, it tastes great. As a bonus, you can get your food pretty quickly, as they assemble it very quickly. A variety of meats from carne asada to lengua to buche is available. We split a wet burrito with cheese and it was stuffed with cabeza (so tender), beans, rice, and onions/cilantro. There’s a red and green salsa available - I preferred the green one. For $1.75, you can also get a soft taco topped with an ample supply of meat (lengua in our case). Overall, great cheap spot with tasty food - I’ll...

Killer tacos and burritos oh and the hidden menu items are equally as good if your in the know! So next time you check Taqueria De Anda in Fullerton think about adding cheese to that next burrito or crema (Mexican sour cream) both items are on site but not advertised so just ask and they will hook you up!

Also explore the items outside of your comfort zone especially in regards to your proteins! They have several options with regards to this such as lingua or cabeza which should be pretty self explanatory even not speaking Spanish! For reals there is other portions of meat we never try and they are actually really good, tender and lean (lingua) they have a great flavor and what's it gonna cost you a buck or so to try something your likely really...

I’ll show you their tacos in another video, but this is their other specialty. This the 2 meat wet burrito with red sauce - which can be pretty spicy for some - or you can get the green salsa which is a little more mild. And you can have this 24 hours a day! Family owned with a couple locations here in #oc and more on the way! @taqueriahoy . . . . . #bestfood #bestfoodintown #food #foodreview #foodreels #reels #reelsinstagram #foodie #grubwithgreg #burrito #burritos #fresh #lafoodie #ocfoodlovers #ocfoodie #24hours #mexicanfood #LAFoodie #taqueria #taqueriahoy #familyowned #grubwithgregapproved

When you’re watching It’s Always Sunny or the 1992 Batman, if you’re hungry, eat a Danny Burrito. @taqueriahoy is rolling up wet burritos and they are fire. I got mine with two different meats, and they literally looooad it up with salsa. I’ve been coming here for YEARS. It’s always on my drive home and sometimes I can’t resist pulling over and grabbing a burrito or a quesadilla (which sometimes or maybe usually happens at midnight). The staff is amazing, the food is classic, and the new wet burritos are dank. . . #burrito #foodreel #audio #yum #feast #orangecounry #orange
