Wendy's — Restaurant in Orange

If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars I would. Everything from cleanliness to food prepers to the food itself would be 0. I've never in my life been to such a nasty place. The workers there were quite troubling. One came sat out in the area I was at, and it literally caused me to not be able to even attempt to eat the food I just spent $20 on. Like the other ladies behind the counter she looked extremely unkept. Her hair was sticking out everywhere and you could just see she was kinda dirty, as well as was the other couple of ladies working there. I'm not sure what's going on there but damn, you have to have standards in a restaurant when it comes to all that. Their hair looked like mine gets when I've spent about 8 or 9 hours cleaning and scrubbing around my home. Ladies you know what I mean. You will keep trying to rub the sides and top of your ponytails to make sure it isn't sticking out but after slaving that long it just sticks out everywhere. And that's ok at home. At work were you are preparing other people's food you need to go to the ladies room every so often to taim that head of hair, lol! These ladies apparently did not get the memo. It was thier nails looking nasty too and overall appearance. Now to the food itself! The chili I ordered had a foul smell to it. And for some reason they wanted to ring me up all day long for extra cheese ( 75¢ for a quarter size amount. ) What the hell is up with that. I ordered extra cheese to begin with, I shouldn't have felt I needed to order an extra order of cheese. It's a rip off bc there was no extra amount of cheese on top my chili, it was barely a regular order of it. So I'm paying 75¢ twice to get a quarter size lump of cheese. She through a couple packs of crackers in my bag, I asked for a lot more and it looked like she was gonna have a heart attack bc I asked for a lot more, lol! I mean damn, I ordered 4 large Chili's and she out a few packs. I mean come on now I know these places can't give you way more than you need but they could at least give you enough stuff we order. Why do they get so ugly when you tell them you want a lot more. I just wanted the right amount I should have been given to begin with, it really wasn't extra crackers. I ended up not eating mine bc of the lady coming sit right by me looking all nasty and I gave away the other 3 large Chili's hc I didn't want my family eating it. After they got so ugly over the extra crackers and cheese I wasn't about to tell them I wanted my money back bc I couldn't eat it due to their lack of cleanliness. It wasn't just them eaither it was the chairs and tables too. I had to wipe my own place to sit. So I just left, waisting a $20 bill. It made me so sick waisting that much money. Where is the managers that make these people abide by a standard. If the manager was there why isn't he or she doing something. This place needs someone to go in it badly and literally clean house with the nasty staff and the place itself. I'm not a mean rude person. It actually takes a lot for me to even say something. I had to leave early his review in hopes the right person sees I and takes care of this place before they end up getting someone violently ill. I really do hope that this gets fixed. Next month when I head that way I am gonna stop back in to see how things are. I will let everyone know what I find when I go back. Until...

Sent my daughter to the establishment because my husband was sick. Told her to order double baconator and large fries with a tea. She brought back a single baconator it was cold and rubbery. My daughter sat the food on the counter and they threw it away because she turned around to speak to my son. They refused to remake it nor return the money. Tries to make my daughter feel like she was stupid because she ordered a double and they made a single. They also threw away my receipt. When I went there they had nothing to say to me they were cowards sky the manager. Who should be working the drive theu had her belly sticking out of her shirt as if it were a belly shirt. This place needs to be Completely audited and corporate should replace most all of these workers. They are rude disrespectful and just nasty and honestly need to be taught how to dress and act. Classiness is not just for high society people. We went to the drive-thru. The cashier/window attendant wiped her nose with her hand and scratched her scalp for several long seconds and handed me back my card. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and that set off my radar. When I peered into the window to see the inside of the store, none of the workers had their hair pulled back, or in any kind of hair nets. Some were working in their pajamas, and none of the people handling food had gloves on. I also was asked to pull into the parking lot to wait on my 4 value nuggets and fries. I had to wait over fifteen minutes for them while a dozen other cars were served quickly. There was brown/dirty condensation on our water cups and hair in the chicken! I like Wendy's franchise but am NEVER coming...
