Unfortunately I had to give Lucky Rooster two stars. I was hoping to make this my local coffee shop since I live around the corner, however after three separate mediocre experiences, last one being this morning, I won't be coming back. There coffee is pretty good, tried the house coffee and mocha. Their customer engagement is non-existent. All three times, I say good morning how are you doing to the front lady and the response I got, "what can I get you". On my way out, I say thank you have a nice day. No response. Same experience all three times. Disappointing. Customer service goes a long way. I'll be trying Weathervane coffee house next and see...
   Read moreThe coffee was okay but of most concern was that one of the workers behind the coffee bar was not wearing a mask at all. There were other patrons walking around not wearing masks and no one asked them to put it back on or anything. The person helping me had a mask on and was very kind she's what gave this place a two star instead of a one star. It's a fairly divey atmosphere with a lot of advertised everywhere, I could barely even tell it was a coffee shop from the outside. Overall, a bad experience.    Read moreI came into this coffee shop about 10 mins ago and ordered a london fog with some alterations. The barista had no idea what a london fog was, but she asked what it was and I explained. Aside from the baristas amazing show of honesty and ability to ask for help to get the job done right, I was blown away by the drink.
