Ordered a new sink and faucet...of course they don’t stock it so I had to wait about a week and a half for it to come in. Yeah was told at the store that it had been inspected and everything was perfect. Wrong. After pulling out my old sink, disposal and all the plumbing, I open the box and the corner is bent. Super frustrating. But that’s when the story turns. I brought it back in and to be honest, felt bad for whoever was about to talk to me. But then I was helped by Ella. She was great and handled the situation perfectly. She got on the phone and was able to discount my purchase and get a new one express shipped out to me. This is what I expect from a company like Home Depot. They came through on how to take care of a customer. Thanks again to Ella.

My favorite HD so far. The shelves are always stocked and the staff is on top of things.

So, we are going some home renovations. We have been doing all the work ourselves. Home Depot has made it real easy for us. While shopping on line through the Home Depot they have some of the most informational videos we have seen. Not to mention being a Pro member and having a wide range of help that you can get some really great insight and information. We have spent a lot of time in the store and have received a lot of help with some of the questions that we had. We would absolutely recommend you going to the app or website for home Depot and taking advantage of the great videos and other information and use all 5he tools and resources they offer

I always hesitate to write reviews, as I'm not sure they make a difference. However, I am still speechless re: what I experienced at the Oregon City Home Depot yesterday late afternoon. I had an expensive oil filled radiator heater delivered from this store via Instacart end of last month. It's rather awful and makes constant popping sounds. Because I don't have a car and cannot pay for multiple Ubers to go back and forth to the store, I called in advance and confirmed with Customer Service (a male supervisor at this specific store) that the return would be a breeze, as it was well within 90 days and I needed only to show the barcode of my order on the app to have my original payment method refunded. When I showed up to the store at about 4:30, there were a group of several associates standing around customer service/main entrance (I'm talking 6-7+) doing absolutely nothing. None of them acknowledged me until I asked to please return something. I arrived at Naomi's counter to return my item and presented her with my barcode. She said "Oh, I don't know how to do that." And literally just stared at me. I asked if she could please find someone to help..? She said "Oh, maybe" and started wandering around." (Still…literally several associates still just hanging out). I advised that I did call ahead and I do have an Uber waiting outside for me while I make this return. Finally, another woman came over. She said her name was "MJ" (I'm not sure if she was a supervisor, I really hope not). She said, oh we can only give store credit. To which I responded was not the case, as I verified any store policies ahead of time and needed the refund credited back to the credit card used to purchase. She said no. I don't know if she assumed I'd just be okay with giving Home Depot, a store from which I have no need to buy anything else, $150 dollars in store credit…She then grabbed a single piece of paper from the back, stating "See? This states right here, you only get store credit." At this point, my Uber was ready to leave, and so I left the store with my heavy, expensive heater. Once in the Uber, I thoroughly read through the obviously internal written communication she'd handed me (with internal department email contacts and "Confidential" literally printed on the page). I kid you not, the first bullet point states that refunding Instacart deliveries via store credit is "easiest" so that customers don't have to wait as long for their refund vs choosing back to original payment method. Easiest? So that they don't have to wait as long? In other words…an option (one that benefits the store, obviously). So either she lied or is just that incompetent, but even the piece of paper she handed me contradicted what she told me. Honestly, I am still in shock - by how any of these people have jobs. I know it's the holidays. And I've worked customer service. I'm not "that" person. But this? This was beyond unacceptable. I would love to speak with the store manager (Ryan?) to get this resolved, however I've been trying for over an hour to get someone to actually answer the phone at this location this morning. So it is now time to file a grievance via my bank and BBB. I will go further if needed. This is not okay, and this store needs to be held accountable for their treatment of me and obviously most other customers (Tip: negative Google reviews can be removed, check out their Yelp reviews for honest ratings and experiences by community members, it's very telling....

Home Depot is one of the largest home improvement retailers in the United States, known for providing a vast selection of products ranging from building materials to home decor. Over the years, it has established itself as a go-to destination for DIY enthusiasts, contractors, and homeowners alike.

Product Range and Quality: Home Depot offers an extensive inventory that includes everything from lumber and plumbing supplies to appliances and garden tools. The quality of products varies, but many customers find reputable brands alongside Home Depot's private labels. The store often stocks seasonal items, catering to various home improvement needs throughout the year, such as gardening supplies in spring and holiday decorations in winter.

Store Layout and Shopping Experience: Most Home Depot locations are spacious, allowing customers to navigate through different sections easily. The store is typically organized into distinct departments, making it easier to find specific items. However, some shoppers may find the size overwhelming, especially if they're unfamiliar with the layout. The signage is generally clear, but during busy periods, it can be challenging to locate assistance quickly.

Customer Service: Customer service experiences at Home Depot can vary significantly by location. Many customers report positive interactions with knowledgeable staff who are eager to assist with product inquiries, project advice, or locating items. However, others have encountered long wait times for help, particularly in busy stores. The self-checkout option is available, which can be convenient, but some shoppers prefer traditional checkout for a more personal touch.

Workshops and Services: Home Depot stands out for its commitment to education, offering workshops and classes for customers interested in improving their DIY skills. These sessions cover a range of topics, from basic home repairs to advanced woodworking techniques. Additionally, the store provides various services, such as installation and tool rentals, which can be invaluable for larger projects.

Online Shopping and Delivery: With the rise of e-commerce, Home Depot has made significant strides in enhancing its online shopping experience. Customers can browse the entire inventory online, check product availability at their local store, and place orders for delivery or in-store pickup. While the online experience is generally user-friendly, some customers have reported issues with order accuracy or delivery times.

Pricing: Home Depot's pricing is competitive, but it can vary based on promotions and local market conditions. Many customers appreciate the price-matching policy, which allows them to get the best deals available. However, some shoppers feel that certain items are priced higher than at other retailers, particularly on specialty products.

Overall Experience: In summary, Home Depot remains a top choice for many seeking home improvement solutions. The extensive product range, educational workshops, and services offered cater to a diverse customer base. While experiences can differ by location—especially regarding customer service—the overall reputation of Home Depot as a reliable and resourceful retailer in the home improvement sector is well-established. Whether you're a seasoned contractor or a first-time DIYer, Home Depot is likely to have the tools and materials you need to successfully tackle...

Do not shop here!!! They are a joke! Horrible customer service from start to finish. My husband and I went in for three things and knew roughly where they were in the store. We got two of them and the third was out on the shelf, so we flagged down an employee who scanned it and said they had tons and to give him a minute or two to grab one. 15-20 minutes later, we flagged down someone else who said he didn't know anything about those items but he would try and find out who was helping us. 10 minutes go by and we are ready to walk out, but we asked one more person and she scanned the item and searched for them and finally found them, or at least we thought she had. We finally get up to the register and spend another 15 plus minutes waiting in line to get checked out. At this point, I'm beyond frustrated and step outside while my husband checks out. We spent over an hour in this store for three items. Simply ridiculous. We get out to the car and my husband hands me the receipt and it was more than I was expecting, so I look it over and find out that the cashier double charged us. We are running late for something else, as we didn't expect to spend an hour in the store, so I call and tell the person who answered that we would be back on our way through town tonight. I look in the back seat and see that after all of that trouble, they didn't even get us the right item. After three people, all the waiting and trouble, we got the wrong product. We are both beyond frustrated at this point. We go back on our way home to get our refund and I tell the employee that we had a less than pleasant experience here today and he said "yeah, me too." Are you kidding me?!?! No "I'm sorry that happened" absolutely no trying to make it right. He flat out blamed us for coming in during the busy time of the day. He said that if we had come in around the time we came back, we would have had good service. I'm so pissed and in shock I can't even respond. I told him everything and not once did he even offer an apology for our poor experience. From start to finish, this place and the people were a joke. We will NEVER be back. I'd love to talk to the manager, but I was told they are not available. I'd recommend everyone goes ANYWHERE...
