We love Carls Jr. ❤️ Reasturant..yeah it's fast food but they have thoes "hand scooped ice cream milk shakes".. they are sooo goood !! Ya can't beat the price or the quality, they have the best burgers and the best menu for fast food with good size burgers that fill you up and are very tasty 😋 the service is good the place was very clean and fast service Too... 🥰 because it's called fast food.. but not all burger places are fast... I've been to all the fast food places around here and sometimes they are short on staff, and that slows everything down, it's happening all over at many reasturants..the world has changed since 2020 and it's getting worse.. But Carls Jr gets our food to us in a reasonable time ...every time !! 😊 And I'm all smiles when I get my "hand scooped ice cream milk shake" So don't delay, go to Carls Jr and order a delicious burger and hand scooped ice cream shake today. 😋 😊 🍔 🍦🧁...

Worst experience ever!! We were the only ones at the register waiting to order. No employees acknowledged us. The manager and her fowl mouth, was raising her voice at two employees who apparently wanted to go home early. She was swinging her arms around in the air telling them they can’t leave early. She was concerned about somebody important showing up. A third employee showed up who looked like they were working the drive through. She barked an order at him and he scurried away!! After about 4 or 5 minutes the manager looks and asks if we are ready to order. I asked her if she was ready and her reply was “I’m always ready”. Came in at about 4:15 PM. There was one customer in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. Lucky timing. I was quickly helped and upsold on Jalapeno Poppers.

I'm subtracting 1 star from atmosphere due to the lobby and some tables not being clean, despite not being busy. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and quick.

I ordered a double jalapeno burger with an extra patty as a lettuce wrap and an unsweetened tea. With the 9 piece Jalapeno Poppers, my total came to $21.47. It was brought to my table quickly and smelled mouth watering. I was feeling ravenous, so I may have made a bit of a pig of myself. The meal was delicious!
