Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Oregon

I hate to leave negative reviews, and I will note that the younger folks who work here, although slow and disorganized at times, are doing their very best, and deserve 5 stars.

I would come here every day after work and purchase a large cocoa fudge shake with banana, it would always come out to about 4.90something. There is an older woman who works at the location, I'm not trying to be rude but she's the only one there that fits the description, as everyone else working there is in their late teens - twenties. She was never directly rude to me, but always came across as cold and unfriendly. A friend of mine, who previously managed a different Dairy Queen in Eugene rode along with me and was overcharged while she was working. My friend disputed the charge, and was understandably critical of this lady's attitude and poor customer service. Ever since this occurred, any time this particular lady takes my order, I am being charged 5.50something, I figured, whatever, inflation, and just continued to pay the upcharge, for weeks... Today when I ordered the exact thing I always order literally EVERY day, she told me it would be 6.50something. I asked her why it cost so much today, and she insisted that the amount is correct, and told me she is charging me for the banana and three pumps of fudge. I told her that's wrong, and I won't be paying that.

Call me crazy, but I have a consistent, recognizable order, and I believe she is intentionally overcharging me after my friend gave her honest feedback about her poor customer service.

It would be nice if someone from corporate could contact me about this. I can provide endless screenshots of my bank statement which prove the ever increasing charge of my daily milkshake. I would also like this matter to be promptly resolved so I may continue to purchase my daily milkshake at this location, at a consistent and...

This is the Worst Dairy Queen I have ever stepped in. And you can see by my history I do not do not rate like this often. My family and I stopped on our way from spending time outdoors to use the restrooms and get a bite to eat... The restrooms... My Wife walked into the women's room to discover the toilet is broken and does not flush with a piece of paper taped to the wall that said "lift up on handle to flush" Judging by the top and urine in the toilet that did not work. my wife asked me to try and it was totally disconnected from the flushing mechanism. So my wife decided to use the men's room.. It was totally disgusting.. Wost then most gas station bathrooms. Smelling of Urine and filthy. My wife, holding her nose decided to use it anyway because the toilet did actually work. Then we went to order at the counter which went ok.. other they were out of child sized cones... so the employee gave my daughter a regular with a smaller amount of soft serve. I noticed the kitchen are looked pretty rundown.. but I was on alert after the horrible bathroom experience. so we ordered.. and several other ppl waiting... and received our drink cups and went over to the soda dispenser which had No Ice... so we mentioned to an employee... "sorry the ice maker is broken; I will get you ice" (no sign on the broken ice maker). She did give us ice and the rest of the soda machine seemed to work. then we received our order which lacked half of the items... so my wife mentioned that it was incomplete and the employee said "Oh yeah just a sec". While she was finishing our Togo order I took the fries and tried to get ketchup... the ketchup dispenser was out! then then we received the rest of our order and left... The only saving grace from This Dairy Queen is we did not get sick. And for that the 2nd star. *PLEASE...

I usually don't eat any fast food, but I had not eaten anything yet and felt like I needed to, so I stopped at my local Dairy Queen. I'm not sure if it is just my body's reaction to fast food or not, but I am not a fan of their food. The only thing in the Cheeseburger that was not greasy was the Bacon. So, after a couple of bites which left the roof of my mouth feeling corroted with grease, I ate the bacon and fed my dog the hamburger patty! She loved it, btw!! LoL.. I had also purchased a icy slush drink. I told the girl at the drive thru window that the taste was not good and I didn't want it. I will not be a return Customer! Been there before and I should have known better bcuz the results were the same. I'm sure that Others enjoy the food, but it is not working for me! Maybe the Ice Cream is good. I have had it years ago and it was so I would probably try that again but not the food. 1 more thing to say is that their food seems to get cold faster than I remember other places do, back in the day when I ate fast food! LoL (I'm just not a fan of fast food!) It's not good for me but it might work for you. You have to decide that...
