Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Oregon

I have a love hate relationship with Metro, great if I'm in Oregon or on the other side of the river, decent speeds but at home on the East side we have to deal with slow speeds and been waiting years for 5G home internet and upgrades to our tower. It isn't coming, at this stage we may be better to try switching to a different company and get a better deal with a faster service. The store on Navarre are plain rude we returned our phones after we couldn't get an acceptable minimum service. We gave them another try, the store on main Street are much more helpful but really we are not getting a great service, sporadic and drops out and I have to keep rebooting my connection. The Indian call centre are scammers and messed up our account which cost us $. T mobile are even worse. I can save $20/month unlimited elsewhere and can't be any worse than...

This rating is only pertaining to the heavy set guy the other man who try and rip me and my daughter off every time we walk in the door!!
