I have had some pretty bad experiences at fast food restaurants. But the experience I had at this Jack In The Box was by far the worst. I placed my order. A #2, 2 tacos and a Supreme croissant. The person taking the order then said pull forward. I knew better than to pull forward without making sure my order was correct. So, I repeated it back to him (even though he should have repeated my order back to me). The first time I repeated it he said he could barely hear me. So, I leaned further out the window and spoke a little more loudly. After I finished repeating my very simple order all he said was "ok". Which irritated me but I pulled forward anyway. He never told me my total. I hand him my card and he hands me my receipt. It was $27.00 and I knew that wasn't right. So, my girlfriend checks it and they charged me $7.99 for a double jack that I did not order. I tell the guy the issue. And he tells me that is what I ordered. I told him no I did not. I repeated it back to you multiple time's. He stomps of and the manager tells me they don't do refunds but she will gladly give me another item off the menu. Frustrated and irritated at this point I tell her to give me another double jack. They hand me my food and I drive home. Open the bag.... and they gave me 2 double Jack's. But not the burger from my #2 meal. So, I got 2 burgers that I didn't order. And not the burger I wanted. Not to mention while waiting at the window a rat the size of a small cat ran out from under the building. That cashier was an A hole I will admit the manager was able to calm me down. Read moreThe workers there are very disrespectful and rude, I ordered the #15 combo meal which is the 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries ( but I asked with curly fries instead and a regular size Diet Coke . When I got my order it was a regular fries with mini tacos and an iced tea . I went back in and asked to change the order and the manager ( I don’t know her name cause she refused to give it ) said she wouldn’t give me a back a medium fries that I bought she would give me a small . I asked her why not and she said because there’s not medium fries in here . So without wanting to argue I said okay that’s fine I guess I’ll get a small fries but I paid for a medium fries . She comes back with the order and it’s wrong again . She gave me regular straight fries again . So I decided to ask for a refund because I didn’t want to go back and forth with her anymore . She refused to refund me and she kept lying saying she gave me the receipt . She did not give me the receipt and I told her that if I was lying to can check the cameras . And she said no I don’t have time for that . After asking for her name one of the guy workers comes up to me and my family yelling in Spanish . So we decided to leave cause of how they were treating us . Read moreThis morning around 9 a.m. I went to Jack In The Box on 82nd and King Road. I ordered the 26th I wanted a large drink oh, I also ordered two orders of three jumbo egg rolls. Pulling out of the parking lot I open the egg rolls and I found it was only one pack with two single egg rolls in it oh, when I went back I talk strongly about the order that I got. According to what I asked for. When I got around to the window the woman's scolded me for talking to her like that. Very poor customer service. Most generally bag redo the order and give you the order properly but at this location they cooked for on the side and added it to the order that I already had and made me pay for it. Are you still at Jack In The Box because of service was really great and the workers were wonderful. The sisters that I have extremely changed my mind. It's not worth being talked to that way by the employee. She did not cut me but the manner of telling me not to talk to her like that when I was not excessively rude did not use foul language. Just talked strongly. Because she took the order I could not get it right. That is not my exact words to her. What I said was you don't even have to single egg roll on your menu.
