Confused ratings. Living in the area for 15 years, I've had good ratings as well as below bad. The fish platter has never been good. Always over cooked, rubbery, flaky and dry. Ordered it quite a few times but it's always the same. My suggestion, "don't come here for seafood". (Seafood-thumbs down 100%) this Is a bar and grill, not a seafood joint though. Go to the coast for that, for sure. Drinks- i didn't know how weak they actually were until i had the same drink at another establishment, walking distance from this one. Drinks are double the alcohol there. Burgers are out-of-this-world though. Bacon is thick, cooked, pulled high and mouth-watering. No complaints about the burgers. They definately know how to make them. If you're having a salad though, watch out for floating bacteria and mold in the bottles. I asked for vinegar and oil for my salad and the waitress brought the balsamic vinegar out to my table. I noticed thick dust on the cap and the bottle was sticky. The i saw mold floating around in it as it peeled of the sides when i shook it. I showed it to the waitress and she, politely, brought me a new one. (Didn't dare open it). After our meal came, we just paid the bill and left out food, untouched, on the table. It is true that this place gives more attention to the "regulars", but those who tip well also. That's the way it is in every establishment. The older crowd, and the regulars are a real joy to be around. Enjoy the company of these locals because a place like this, with this, "laid back" atmosphere is really hard to come by. One last thing I'd like to add. ......." if you don't enjoy the service or the locals or the wait time, just call ahead and place your order for , " take-out". That's what i do. P.s. don't...

Im not one to leave bad reviews for a place but my boyfriend and I both seperatly had terrible experiences with the bartenders. He stood there and other people were coming up after him and she was taking their orders first, after he finally got to order a drink she asked him if he could order something else cuz she didnt want to make the drink he ordered, so he did order something else but she didnt make it and continued to take other peoples orders so he decided not to get anything. When they werent busy at the bar anymore i went up to order my drink and again she took people orders before me even though i was there first and i was the only person at the bar wanting to order at the tine. I asked her to make me a drink and she scoffed and me and said wow in a very rude tone and looked at the guy next to me and said "pshh saturday night right" again in a really rude tone like heaven forbid you do your job and make me a drink. Also the kareoke song book has songs in it that are not in their system and every table in there was dirty. And they really were not very busy. This place was nice the portions on their breakfast meal that I got were huge I could not even finish it their drinks were awesome they were very reasonably priced. This staff was awesome the bartender kept coming and asking if everything was okay not only to me but you all the other customers that were spread out within the restaurant I recommend going to this place if you were in the area. In fact when I am done with the job I am doing today I am going back there to have dinner, because like I said their prices are very reasonable. And their portions are huge.
