Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oregon

This location for the most part has great customer service, I've never had an issue on that end. I live down the street so delivery is not necessary, but I have ordered carry out more than a few times.

The first time, I ordered a pizza in person and told them everything I wanted on it. Pineapple, garlic cream sauce, stuffed crust, etc. Well. When it was done they showed me the pizza and it looked good, but when I got home what I didn't realize was there was no cheese on it. Just the garlic sauce. I genuinely don't know if they messed up and didn't realize it, or if I needed to state "I want cheese on my pizza." which I have done since then.

The second time I ordered there, there were more guys than women and they seemed much less attentive and left customers waiting nearly 10 minutes to be served. There was actually one employee smoking weed right outside of their personal employee entrance in broad daylight. I got the same pizza, but this time... the whole crust tasted off. It had this weird bland stale taste. It really ruined the pizza, even the stuffed crust portion of it didn't taste right. It didn't help when the employees acted like we were a huge inconvenience to them.

The third time I ordered, everything was perfect. Quick service, nice employees, and the pizza was very good.

This place is just hit or miss. I just wish the employees wouldn't hang around and smoke weed outside when they could be attending to customers. I work right down from this Pizza Hut location and you can see the guys lighting their pipe from fairly far away. I know some people claim they work better when they are stoned or high, but people like this just don't do that...

I have never had to leave a negative review but what I experienced was outrageous. I placed an order for a large pizza, cinnamon sticks and garlic knots. My order arrived, I tipped ther drive $4 CASH and took my order. When I opened my food I recieved my pizza that was undercooked and two orders of breadsticks with no marinara. I called as I did not recieve my items, person on the phone did not want to deliver correct items and offered to credit me cinnamon sticks and garlic knots, I said fine and that was the end. Forward exactly one week and I still had not received my credit so I called the store to ask. They told me that they see my order and it was only for a Large pizza. I explained that I was looking at my emailed receipt and they again said it was only a large pizza that was ordered. I asked them why I was charged $33 for a large pizza and was informed that it was because I left a $13 tip! They put me on hold when he realized that someone tipped on my behalf and then hung up. I called back and nobody would answer, so I of course kept calling until eventually a woman answered the phone. After explaining everything again she told me there was nothing she could do about it. SO BEWARE IF U ORDER FROM HERE AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT! I am shocked that this is something a franchise would tolerate. I READ OTHER REVIEWS AFTER THE FACT AND SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT HAS HAD THEM HELP THEMSELVES TO...

These people love to just blame you for mistake THEY made. First time i ordered here the pizza was so late and when it finally came it was like someone had dropped it. We called them and told them that and they said there not going to give a refund because “I made the pizza myself and it wouldnt look like that”. They gave us a new pizza, but after pretty much having to yell back and forth. Then we ordered some food yesterday, it came an hour late. The driver was INCREDIBLY rude. We open the door and shes out of breath screaming ive been trying to call you for 20 minutes! We never once got a phone call and told her i must have given her the wrong number. She screamed back “no i checked it 3 times!” Ok lady, well id be happy to give you my call history. You never called me once. So dont go to this pizza hut if you want good and friendly service. Just a bunch of kids who cant take direction and love to play...
