A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Orem

My family and I ordered 2 kids got dog meals and one papa burger meal. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. I had to walk up to the restaurant, after being asked to park in front of the restaurant, to ask for my food. I wasn’t able to approach the staff or communicate with the staff so I had to knock on a window for five minutes to get the attention of a staff member who was too concerned with mopping to help me. I again had to knock, then a staff member, who seemed to be high, came out and asked what I needed. I explained I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food. He turned and left. Less than a minute later he came back with my bad of food. When I reached inside the food - all of it- was cold. I gave it back to him and asked for a hot meal. We then waited another 10 minutes for our food. It never came. My husband then approached the restaurant and asked for a refund. The manager came out and asked what was wrong. My husband explained the issue and said he would like a refund. The manager took my husbands debit card and disappeared for 10 more minutes. 7 other cars had been served by this point. The 7th car was asked to park next to us. They received their food - a large family meal- in less than 10 minutes. They then got out of their car and approached the drive up window that was serving yet more cars. He yelled over the ordering cars that he was missing a vat of gravy. He got his missing gravy and left. At this point my husband went to the drive up window asking for his debit card back so we didn’t have to call the police. He was told that he would get it back after the manager got off the phone with the regional manager because he didn’t know how to do a refund. After 5 more minutes my husband was handed his debit card and cash because the manger couldn’t figure out how to do the refund. We will never...

My husband had the fish. The pieces were thin, tiny, and one was overcooked. There was 1 piece that was ok. It came 3 to a order, fries, coleslaw, no drink. The fries were okay. He doesn't eat coleslaw. From the price of 11.49 +2.99 for the drink. I would say skip the fish. After he saw the fish, he went and bought a spicy chicken sandwich to eat which he liked, that was 4.99. I had the 12 pc chicken nuggets the look like Chick-fil-A. They taste like kfc chick. Price point, 10.79, comes with fries, sauce, a drink. And apparently it was suppose to come with a biscuit however I didn't get it. The music they were playing was good the sound system was bad. The music 🎶 kept skipping, it wasn't just like 1 time it would do it on every song very annoying. I'm not sure if they can fixit or not. They need a new system...

These guys have messed up my order a few times. If my family didn't love KFC so much, I wouldn't go back. I don't know if it is due to lack of employees, but it seems like chaos when I go there. This last time, they sent me around to wait for my order. When the person brought my order they didn't bring all the meals I had ordered, then when I told them they went went back in and brought out an extra cake and then I remembered I already ordered the cake and I didn't have it either. So they tried to offer the cake for their mistake but I had actually ordered the cake and paid for it and didn't account for it when I checked my order in the first place....
