Apollo Burger — Restaurant in Orem

I hate Apollo burger. Everything they make is messy and so difficult to eat. It’s grossly overpriced ($12 for a McDonald’s quality burger is gross) and gives me diarrhea for days. Even the salads are greasy. How in the world do you make a greasy salad?! The sides (onion rings, fries, sweet potato fries) are overdone but somehow still soggy and floppy and taste like they have never had fried food. They are incompetent at running a drive through. Think of the longest you’ve sat in a drive through and double it. You’re going to be here for a while. But going inside isn’t an option, because it’s disgusting. Mostly empty cups rolling around, more flies than at a cow farm, the same stained rag on every surface. My wife keeps making me go back, thinking the next time will be different. It never is. Literally the only thing I can stomach are the chicken tenders. Those are good. Edit: They messed up my chicken tender order yesterday. I asked for a three piece, confirmed I wanted a three piece, and then they charged me for three three pieces. Ma’am, if I wanted nine chicken tenders I would have asked for it. I sound like an entitled Karen, but how in the world do you mess up a fast food order?! The price would have seemed fishy if it weren’t for the fact that I blow a small fortune every time my wife wants their terrible food. This just seemed like status quo. This place was ok, I went there with my brother and a friend of his from salt lake. They are very fun people to be around, however the service didnt seem that friendly. I know I might have also said this in other posts but this takes the cake. We walked in and we looked at the menue. My brother went first and paid for his food. The young woman seemed so sour and didnt smile her voice was quiet and when I walked up to order my food she was walking away. She came up to me and I hosnestly didnt want to be around her because of the negativity I felt. I decided to get the delux grilled ham and cheese. But I asked what was on it and she said tomatos, lettuce, ham and cheese. I asked it without the tomatoes and lettuce. I paid and sat down with my brother.

When my food got to me it looked good, so i took a bite and there was egg on it. I do not like eggs on my sandwich, they are lucky I'm not elergic to eggs otherwise that would have been very bad for the resaurant chain. I ate half the sandwich and flies immidietly started landing on me, in the sandwich, and on my brothers tray (he ate all his food). So normally I get great service at this restaurant and the food is usually really good. BUT today when I went through the drive-thru there the girl taking our order through the drive-thru(whose name was Juana) was exceptionally rude and when we were ordering she gave us attitude and she couldn't understand anything we were saying and we were speaking clear and loud and she just didn't know what she was doing. And get this- we requested a certain amount of ketchup's for our order because we had ordered a ton of fries and 2 burgers and she would not give us the amount we asked for and gave us attitude about it.And our order was wrong on 1 of the burgers we ordered- so I went in and asked to speak to a manager about the rude service we received and our order was wrong and guess who the manager was? Juana who was the same girl who took our order and she gave me attitude and was so ornery and she wouldn't give us our money back either on the burger that was incorrect that we ordered.
