I Ordered through the KFC APP, 16 piece variety pack, 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 sides of cold slaw, biskets and a free 1/2 gallon beverage, I also ordered an extra 1/2 gallon beverage, I was scheduled to pick it up at 7:58pm, I arrived at the location a couple of minutes early, I found out when I arrived that the lobby was closed so I went through the drive through to pick it up, I waited around 10 minutes in line to pick up my meal, when I pulled up to the window I gave my name and they brought my meal to the window, I asked if everything was there and the order was correct, the woman assumed me that it was all there and correct, I took the meal home and sat it on the counter, I started to take it out of the bags, the chicken was there, the mashed potatoes and gravy was there but instead of cold slaw I received corn and macaroni and cheese, when I saw my cold slaw went back to KFC to pick let them know they made a mistake, it took me another 30 minutes in line, When I reached the speaker and let them know there was a mistake, they told me it was not a mistake, thet ran out of cold slaw and substituted with the other products, I asked them why they didn't inform me of this, they said they did know why, I let them know that I had been waiting in line for 40 minutes while my family was at home enjoying the meal only to find out that that they were out of cold slaw, their solution was to give me a small cake, when I reached the window they handed me the cake and said they added a couple of cookies as well, I thanked them and went home. When I arrived home I sat the cake and cookies on the table and started to prepare my plate, I put everything on my plate and started to look for the biskets, my family informed me that they forgot the biskets as well, MIND BLOWING HOW THEY CAN LOOK YOU IN THE FACE AND TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS THERE AND YET YOUR ORDER IS SO SCREWED UP! Read moreIt has been a while since I have had such a poor experience at a fast food place. We were running behind schedule to get my daughter to school so I decided to get drive-thru so she could eat lunch in the car on the way. Horrible decision. I ordered two kids cheeseburger meals and a burger combo for me plus chicken tenders since there wasn't a kids chicken option. The ordering and payment process were pretty quick. I was asked though to pull out of line and wait for my order to be brought to me. I watched as 8-10 other cars went through and received orders and ours had yet to arrive. I mentioned that the reason we chose fast food was because we were in a hurry, well 10 minutes later and still no food. I called since I wasn't going to leave the kids in the car to check and was told we were waiting on fries. 5 minutes later and I am irritated, to say the least, but finally an employee comes out and moseys his way to us with one bag stuffed with our food. My order was wrong, the chicken order was wrong, kids meals were missing the treat and toy and everything was squished and soggy. I didn't have time to get it remade or dealt with then. I also didn't have proof of the wrong order because there was no receipt which is supposed to mean the order is free. I called again and given my options on how they could resolve my issues. None of which was truly acceptable but I had more important things to deal with so I hung out with an unsatisfactory fix. Read moreThis place is going through a rough transition. The manager died and the assistant manager, Krista, is apparently not s stepping up. I placed an order online for pickup, when i arrived at the pickup time i called to let them know i was there. Krista said, there's only two of us here right now. The next shift should be here soon. I don't know when your order will be ready. So I waited for 45 minutes the phone number kept being busy so i couldn't talk to anyone to ask about my order until I went through the drive through until the person at the window explained that she was a manager from a different store helping out (this was her sister's store- but her sister had died last week) the previous shift (including the assistant manager, Krista) left without helping catch up or restock fried chicken - so there was no chicken cooked and i would have to wait. My card had already been charged so I did. BUT the food was still as tasty as ever. So I'll give them another chance but probably after they're had a chance to work out some of their staffing issues. She also gave me the number to the area manager so i could call to complain because she agreed it was not right and...
