I was just driving around Orem looking for something new to grub on when I saw this food truck off the corner of 1600 south and State st here in Orem. I came to find out that it was Venezuelan food, something I’ve never had before. I went ahead and ordered a parilla, which consisted of some high quality steak, some fried cheese, some shredded lettuce I think and their house sauce. It also had this corn like cake thing similar to a tamale that paired well with the steak. That meal was honestly a 10 outta 10. I went again a week later and I wanted something different. They had a hamburger that had the beef burger, some thick sliced ham, chicken filet, thin turkey breast , some kind of mozzarella cheese and American cheese. It also had lettuce, their signature sauce, and tiny fries, kinda like shoe string fries , inside the burger! It was a pretty damn good burger also a 10 outta 10.
