Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Orem

How can you not like Chick-fil-A? I know that I do. In fact, I love Chick-fil-A. The spicy chicken deluxe minus tomato might be one of the greatest sandwiches ever created. However, today we did not have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. They are getting a little bit lazy in terms of Service. And that’s a surprise given that Chick-fil-A is known to be one of the best places to get great service. Yes, I said one of the best. The best is In-and-Out hands-down. In-N-Out destroys Chick-fil-A and every single way. I digress. Today when we pulled up to the window, they handed us our bags and sitting on the top of our bag was a tiny little bowl of the kale salad. I get it, it’s a little salad that cost $2.79. But my problem with this salad is that the little tiny bowl was only half full of salad. If you’re going to give me a bowl of salad at least fill the entire bowl with salad. My wife was a little puzzled and so I pulled the bowl out of the bag, and I talked to the woman at the window. I said, “I think this kale salad is a little bit empty. Do you agree? “ she said, “no that’s how much we give to you. “ I must admit I was a little bit snarky and responded, “you only give half? “She responded again and said that is the amount that they give. When we got home, we noticed that my wife’s chicken nuggets were not that great either. A couple of the nuggets in her box were really tiny -I wouldn’t consider them full nuggets. Also, every single one of our french fries boxes was less than full. Anyway, I’m a little bit bugged because it feels like instead of being generous Chick-fil-A is trying not to be generous. I’ve always looked at Chick-fil-A as a place that is generous to their customers both with food as well as with service. That was not our experience today. I still love Chick-fil-A, but I’m only giving this experience...

My roommate and I were on our way home for lunch, when a strong desire to eat chicken nuggets simultaneously overcame both of us. Swerving like mad in our white 2019 Chevy malibu, we screeched into the shopping center which, to our delight, contained a Chick-fil-A. We pulled into the parking lot, intending to park and eat inside. However, as we did so, a zealous employee with an iPad began to chase after our white 2019 chevy malibu, hoping to enthusiastically take our order. However, his speed was no match for the pure power of the robust engine under the hood of our white 2019 chevy malibu. We parked apologetically and walked inside, waving to the aforementioned young man as we traveled to the building. We entered and were greeted by the bright, cheerful, hustling and bustling atmosphere, as well as a "Hi, welcome to Chick-fil-A!" offered by several staff members in unison. My compatriot and I each ordered 8 nuggets with a medium fry and a soda, along with Chick-fil-A sauce, polynesian sauce, and ketchup. I intended to ask for some salt to add to my fries, but due to the friendliness of our server and social anxiety, the thought escaped me. We sat down at a plush, crimson furnished booth and waited for our nuggies. Another smiling, delightful, red-polyester clad friend came to our table with our food. I asked for salt, and she immediately acquiesced. I thanked her and she expressed that serving me and my friend was "her pleasure." All in all, lunch was a splendid experience. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A to anybody in search of tasty chicken nuggets and a happy day. Bellies full of chicken, hearts filled with gratitude, and eyes filled with joyful tears, we zoomed away in our white 2019 chevy malibu, bidding a bittersweet farewell to the beloved Chick-fil-A. Hello all! As you probably know, Chick-Fil-A is a fast food restaurant that mainly serves chicken! It was first opened on May 23, 1946. They are especially known for their amazing customer service. There is a mass hysteria surrounding Chick-Fil-A right now and I’m here to tell you why. I visited my local Chick-Fil-A today, as I often do, and was not disappointed. After getting my usual order exceptionally quickly, being treated so well by all the employees, and tasting the delicious food, I realized that Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food restaurant that I’ve ever been to! The food tastes flavorful, clean, healthy and fresh. If quality in your food is a priority for you, I think you will appreciate all the food from this restaurant. The texture, color, flavor, and smell of the food is recognizable from just about anywhere and just can’t be revamped! The customer service at Chick-fil-A, as I said, is always exceptional. The employees are so polite and take pride in their jobs! It’s so refreshing to see such good customer service in the food industry. After ordering my meal, the staff brought me my food, somehow knowing exactly who I was, what I ordered, and where I took my seat! Amazing! Some of the employees even know me by name. It’s truly phenomenal. Though their menu is simple and the prices may be high for some, it can not be denied that Chick-Fil-A should have a place in your heart. Thank you for reading. Chick-Fil-A...
