I'm not sure if they changed the recipe of their mini chocolate chip cookies, but I bought a batch at this location the other day and they were so bad. Super hard and dry, almost like they had been made a few days prior and were left out to get stale. Was really looking forward to them, too, but I couldn't even eat more than a couple. Reached out to their corporate team to let them know (maybe this location was using an incorrect recipe? I've had them before and they were yummy!) and only ever got responses from their automated AI robot. So disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof).
Edit: Changing my review from 1 star to 4! Finally got in touch with Swig Customer Service and was given some rewards cash to try them out again. Ordered another cup of the mini chocolate chip cookies and they were much better. I must've just gotten a bad batch the first time! It was on a day that they were offering a promotion on the cookies, so maybe they messed up the recipe when making them in larger batches? Either way, they tasted much better round two!
The main reason why it's 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel like they should've gotten back to me when I reached out to them directly about the issue. The person taking my order took my order and then said they were only allowing two drinks per person today I said I've just waited 15 minutes in line for you to tell me you're only going to let me order two and not three drinks, and he said yes. I said this is ridiculous, I will not be ordering anything and I left. I will not be returning to this week and possibly any Swig again. I drove to so delicious and drove right through and within 5 minutes had three drinks in my car driving back home. If you have a two drink limit you need to put that on signs everywhere, so that everyone including the 15 cars parked on 100 North waiting to get the drink does not have to experience what I experienced today.
