Every time I go through the drive thru they always and consistently get my order wrong. Went In today 3/17/19 around 5pm receipt #0896 server/drive thru server Hanna P took my order. When I got my order back the first 3 plates all looked as they should. Got home and realized the last plate I ordered was suppose to be white rice, grilled teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken. What I ended up getting was white rice and grilled teriyaki chicken with no orange chicken and to top it off Hanna P did not give me my teriyaki sauce for the chicken now I’m sitting here angry that I have to eat my chicken dry without the sauce it was suppose to come with not to mention the orange chicken my meal was suppose to come with. Hanna P just cost This Panda Express location a customer due to I’d rather drive further to the other location to get better service and to make sure what I ordered is actually in the bag. As a drive thru server your suppose to check the customers food to ensure the order is right. Hanna P had all the time in the world to check and make sure everything was right due to she told me to wait in front of the store while the Kung pao chicken was done cooking so she had the 7 minutes I waited to make sure before she ran my food out to me that nothing was missing. I have better things to do with my time then write about my bad experience but here in the real world people need to be called out on there mistakes or they are going to keep making those mistakes and keep pissing people off that eventually that company is going to lose that customer/customers due to that employee/employees. Read moreThe first thing I did when I got there was ask what type of oil they use, because my son is allergic to nuts. One of the girls told me three types of oil they use, and that they "only use the peanut oil in the Kung Pao chicken, but we use the same pan and wash it between uses." I told her that was fine, and she gave me a look and said "we use the same pan". I said "Okay. But you said you wash it between uses?" She, again, said that they did. She gave me another look, but I got my food. Now my son is not deathly allergic to nuts. It makes him break out and itch, but if they are washing the pan, then he should have absolutely no issues. Anyway, I had a friend with me that day. She went back over to that side of the restaurant to get something and overheard them saying "I told her we use the same pan" ... "if her son is allegic" ... "how stupid some people are". So she doesn't know me, my son, or our situation, she told me the pan is washed between uses, and yet she calls me stupid. She made faces at me, and she called me stupid. She is rude. However, I'm not basing my entire review off of a couple of rude employees who wanted to converse about my choice to get food that was made in what is supposed to be a clean wok. Read moreOn more than occasion but today was over the top the service at this panda express is awful. It never fails that there is a 10 minute wait for menu items. So this time in the drive through I confirmed that what I was ordering there was no wait. Mind you I was only the third car back and to just order it took 20 minutes to get to the order spot. Then you are trapped in the drive through lane. Another 25 minutes in the line waiting. I finally walked up to the window and after several minutes someone finally came and said they ran out chow mein. So instead of moving cars out to service other customers they let us all just sit there. Really, they could learn from other fast food businesses. Finally, getting up to the window I was then told that there was another 10 minute wait for food. I was livid. So I cancelled the order. Unfortunately, I had handed them my credit card to pay before they informed me of the additional wait. But they still charged my credit card. Honestly, this is the most poorly run place I have ever seen. Never have the food. Not proactive in servicing customers. Manager Aaron is a joke and dishonest.
