OVERVIEW - 5.0 Came here based on a promotional offer to give it all a try. Needless to say, I was not disappointed! I'll be honest, I was a little surprised how busy it was for a Saturday morning around 11am, all the same it was a quick in and out through the drive thru.
LOCATION - 5 Swig has a pretty good location, to be honest, I almost missed the entrance to the parking lot as I was looking elsewhere for the soft drink shop. The median also got me a little distracted as I was heading east and thought I wouldn't be able to turn in, because of the barrier.
PRICE - N/A I didn't pay based off the fact that this was a promotional offer, but the prices truly are reasonable. For example, a 44 ounce drink is only $1.99 can't beat that.
PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 I had the 16 ounce Endless Summer. It was real delicious, with it's Mountain Dew, pomegranate, Grapefruit, ad Fresh Lime. It really was sweet and tart, which I always try to find. I also had a peanut butter cookie, which I shared with our daughter. It as well was delicious.
POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I understand there is an app, and that it could potentially offer some great discounts and news about the drinks.
EMPLOYEES - 5 The young lady that took my order was friendly and patient with me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted.

Read moreFirst off, I like the drinks. The staff is friendly sometimes. The issue I have with this place is their policy about tumblers. I bought a tumbler a few years back, insuring I would get a discount on my refills. Because of covid they no longer accept them and to get the discounted price I have to show them my tumbler. I am rarely in my car when I go, so they expect me to carry my tumbler with me whenever I go with a friend and we happen to stop in for a drink. That's not happening! They have the ability to see what my order is, why in the world can they not see that I get a tumbler price EVERY TIME and deduce the fact that I must have purchased a tumbler at some point. They could even print out cards for us tumbler people to carry, that would be easier than carrying around an empty mug on the off chance I go to the orem store. Until that happens I will go to the Provo store where the employees are friendly, know my order as soon as they see me, and know I have purchased a tumbler after...
Read moreI've been here many times and i'd say 70 percent of the experiences are decent. Recently though on my way to work I ordered a drink and it was handed to me and while reaching across to put it in the cup holder it blew the lid off the top and went all over my car inside mostly but down the outside as well on the door (required a car wash).
I went inside and was wiping off the soda from my clothes in the middle of the lobby and getting napkins to try and mop up some from my car. To this point I'd been seen there doing this but ignored until I walked to the counter with my cup and told them they'd handed me an exploding Soda and it was now all over me and my car and they took the cup from me and wiped the outside with a rag and handed it back.
Not that they intended to do that but during this entire process not one sorry or apologetic look/statement or anything was uttered. Just wiped down the cup and handed it back to me almost without a word before going back to what...
