I parked in the McDonald's parking lot 4 around 8:30 and placed a curbside pickup order using the app.
I placed my first order and the employee brought it to me. My sister-in-law was coming to drop off her baby that day, so I placed a second order for her.
However, when she didn't show up after 10 minutes, I had to go inside the McDonald's because my doctor's appointment was late and my kids' school was late. (This was very hard for me. I had a 2-year-old and a 3-month-old, so getting them out of the car and into the McDonald's was very stressful and the kids were whining.)
I showed the employee order receipt and told her I hadn't received it yet, and she said it wasn't in her system.
I showed her my bank account, which showed that it was pending, and that I had ordered twice.
The employee said that it was pending and that I had to wait until it was finished.
Oh my got! Does waiting until pending mean waiting until tomorrow?
I asked how long I have to wait.
The employee said that she couldn't tell me how long, so she just told me to wait.
I kept asking the employee how long I had to wait, telling her that my hospital appointment was late and that I had two children with me, but she just laughed and shrugged her shoulders.
I went to the car and waited some more, but she never brought what I ordered, so I had to cancel my hospital appointment.
I dropped my child off at school and went back into McDonald's with my 3-month-old baby in the car seat basket.
The employee looked at me and threw my order at me in a bad way. I was so upset.
I asked the employee to call Superior, and she said she was Superior. (With a dismissive look and a sneer.)
I asked her name, and she said "Diana." She was still laughing at me.
I'm usually the type of person who doesn't even leave reviews.
But today, I'm so angry that I feel like I have to invest my time until this issue is resolved.
The reason is that this morning, due to your system issues, I didn't receive my order, I ended up dropping my child off at school late(I ended up wasting time in the morning and had to send my two-year-old to school without feeding him breakfast.), couldn't deliver food to my sister-in-law(My sister-in-law waited for me and then left ), had to cancel my hospital appointment(It was a hospital appointment I had been waiting for for two months.), and most of all, because of all these frustrating situations from the morning, the food I ate from my first order was indigestion.
I had to go in and out of McDonald's with a baby carrier and fight with the McDonald's employee while my 2-year-old was whining.
That employee behavior ruined my day.
I can't just let this go. If you don't fire that employee, I'll sue...

Something happened to this âburgerâ before it was wrapped and put in the bag and handed off to me!! I was so hungry that nite. I didnât feel like cooking because my son was in over sensory load!!    Read moreI came to this location on 2/29/24. My order was taken by a young lady with glasses and brown hair, not sure her name. When I paid, I was just told the amount, not my order confirmation, which I figured was okay. I got to the window and my order was wrong. I let the staff know and the first lady serving me my food was very nice, but the young lady in the back refused to admit that my order was incorrect, didnât offer to fix it, and insisted that I ordered what I was being given. As I work a full time job and am not willing to fight with a child, I drove away with the wrong order. Please teach your employees proper customer service.
