Authentic Gyros & Grill — Restaurant in Orlando

I usually give this place five stars because the food is great, but it’s been a while since I last visited. Tonight, I ordered a special that included a sandwich with any two sides, so I got a Philly cheesesteak, 10 wings, and a piece of fish with fries. The young lady at the counter repeated my order and rang it up. I asked for curly fries, which came with an upcharge—no problem there.

However, when my order arrived, the fish was missing. The cashier acknowledged the mistake, saying, “Oh yeah, her fish isn’t there.” The manager then pointed out that she had rung up a $14 plate instead of a $15 plate. In my opinion, this was not my fault, and as a gesture of good customer service, they should have provided the fish anyway. There was no way I was going to wait for it to be fried while the rest of my food got cold.

Disappointing experience this time, but hopefully, they handle these situations better...

So glad I tried this place. Visited the Kissimmee location. Came here really late around 2am. I was hungry but wanted to eat good food not fast food or any other places that serve breakfast usually late. Saw this place closed at 4am so decided to give it a try since I was craving some chicken wings. Let me tell you my expectations weren’t that high since it was so late but holy damn I was impressed. I order 6 pc lemon pepper wings with fries. I only waited no more than 10 min. Service was amazing very friendly. Food came out freshly cooked. The fries were crispy and well seasoned, the wings OMG perfectly cooked. Seasoned to perfection. I was speechless, all you could hear was the crunchy wings and fries being devoured lol. The meal came with a drink for only $11 which I find it’s very reasonable. I’m glad I gave this place a try since it was my first time ordering. Will be coming back for those wings. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Food was prepared quickly with a wide variety of drinks, desserts and sauces to choose from. I ordered for pickup but would definitely come again to sit down and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Next time I will get a milkshake. I got the gyro combo with a side salad. Salad was very fresh and presented well. Tasty but essentially a regular salad. The gyro, however, was absolutely delicious. The meat wasn't overcooked nor dry. It was very tender and yummy with good flavor. They gave an ample serving of meat also. The tomato slices were fresh and relatively tender but not squishy. I requested lettuce to be added to the gyro and it was very good. The pita was warm and soft but crispy on the outside. I wish they were on ubereats for my area. I would order them all the time. I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Definitely...
