Bahama Breeze - Orlando Airport — Restaurant in Orlando

So I just spent a little over 5 hours at the Orlando airport and could not get a proper breakfast from any restaurant. Bahama Breeze was the only one that seemed to have something interesting. However the guy asked me why didn't I go to the outback instead? What????? If I wanted to eat at outback I would have gone to outback. He said there's a 15 minute wait I just wanted breakfast. So I said I'll run across the hall to outback to see what they're serving and the time!! Get there they have a 30 minute wait time and they're serving lunch it's only 9:30 in the morning. So I run back to Bahama Breeze and told the guy outback has a 30 minute wait and they're serving lunch which he replies well we stop serving breakfast at 9:45 to start on lunch so if you wanna still wait the 15 minutes you can but it won't be for breakfast it will be for lunch. I saw more than 10 ppl leave Bahama breeze because they wanted breakfast not lunch and because he kept turning people away. Who does that!???!!! So I decided to wait the 15 minutes to be seated for lunch and after 25 minutes and my kids and I stomach rumbling I just left because at this point it was 10:25 and my daughter had a flight to catch. Very poor experience. I came after a long flight for a quick drink and bite to eat. I waited to be greeted for 10 minutes before finally finding a host to accommodate me. I ended up at the bar. Not a better experience at all. Actually the Bartender Andrew was extremely unwelcoming. The undertones read racist or simply prejudice, as he ignored my presence. Then finally took my drink order reluctantly, but actually never made my drink. After waiting another bartender came and apologized for Andrew's behavior. Then took my drink and food order I then watched Andrew greet and take every non minorities order without hesitation, offering suggestions, and with a smile. Extremely unsettling for me to witness He never once came back to me, apologized, or made my drink. I couldn't bare to sit through that, so I cancelled my food order. I finished my drink and left immediately. To be an Island vibe restaurant, the first thing you should be mindful of is to treat Islanders and/ or minoría with respect. I'll never go here again. Andre should find a bar that caters to "his crowd" or get extensive unconscious bias training...

The server that was working the first long high top table at the entrance of the restaurant today 2/15 at 10:30am was extremely rude and condescending. We ordered drinks and then when I went to order a breakfast sandwich, I kindly asked for it without sausage. She said she didn’t know if she could do that and said if she couldn’t did I still want it. I said, you can’t just tell the kitchen to leave the sausage off or put it on the side? She then very rudely said ok, got it, so if they can’t, you don’t want it and stormed off. My girlfriend and I were in shock. We waited for a few more minutes and ended up telling the hostess that we were leaving because our server was extremely rude. We come to Orlando for vacation many times a year and always eat in the airport coming or going. We have a large social media following and wanted to try your establishment but just couldn’t with her extremely rude attitude and behavior.
